“Great experience, recently, in talking with Ryan in their technology department. That initial conversation gave confidence which motivated me to buy a laptop from this location, and to subscribe to a service contract - the former was on a backburner, and the latter was out of character for me.
Great customer service! Ryan was very helpful as I evaluated their various tech service offerings, as well as computers. And, so I spent a fair amount of time there - during which time it was clear that the other staff there also demonstrated friendly, professional, effective customer service. Great value-add!”

“Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. I was so grateful for her and for making the experience a five star experience from start to finish. I will only go here from here on out. Thank you Toni!!”

“My experience in shipping a grandfather clock across the US with TSI was favorable. Total time from AZ to PA was a little over a month (that included the holiday season) and I received e-mails giving me status reports of its progress. I received two calls in advance (one to set up a time for delivery and another to confirm the day prior) and the gentlemen who delivered it were considerate and careful. The service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. As for the less favorable reviews, the shipping process is always fraught with peril and only as strong as its weakest link.”

“The girls in here are incredible. I had 50+ certified mail envelopes that had to go out, these two went out of their way to make sure every one of them was correct AND would get out before Labor Day weekend and were truly happy to do it. [ YOU KNOW MOST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE BEEN MOANIN & GROANIN w/ an order like that]. I couldn’t have made this happen without them. (If you’re curious, @ the post office it cost like 270$ when at UPS it would have cost over $1,100 for the same thing). Lucky to have this post office close by. Excellent service.”
“I recently had a print project that I needed to do at the Staples location, for my mother‘s funeral. I called ahead and spoke with Jackson, explained to him what I needed, and when I needed it, and that I was coming in from across the country. He told me to stop in when I arrived in Pennsylvania, he assisted me with my project and a draft, and then he helped me with a second project, I decided to put together. He had all my material printed and ready to go on time and in perfect order. He was super patient, very kind, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with Jackson at Staples if you have any print projects.”

“Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”

“For business purposes— I’m required regularly to go into local post offices. Out of the many— this spot is where I prefer to go! It’s nestled out of the way so it’s not overly busy but when it is, their staff is exceptionally prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. On many occasions, Stephanie has thoroughly assisted me with international shipping woes. She is so helpful and truly the reason I am taking the time to write this review!! Give that lady a raise!! :)”

“Good evening Google Family. I visited after my incredible workout at the Edge Fitness Club in Plymouth Meeting. I had my Rhythm Ride class with my instructor, Catharyn, and I worked out with 15 lbs weights. It was a great time, connecting witih other gym goers. Then I went to Wawa and then I networked with someone in the Wawa parking lot. Alan, purchased Yolanda's book through Cashapp. I was planning to go to Best Buy to purchase another USB plug for my printer. They asked for 3.0. Father God told me to look over yonder and there was Staples, another place that would have a USB. I finished talking with Alan and then I headed over to Staples. I asked an associate and she promptly assisted me. We went to one area and they didn't have what I needed and then we went to another area. They had it, but it didn't say USB 3.0 I purchased it because I can always bring it back in fourteen days if it is the incorrect one. Plus I had $7.00 credit of my rewards which I used. So I only paid $5.29 for it. God is so Good!!! I left Staplesl and headed home. It has been a great day so far. Don't forget to work out, be Healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!”

“I’m fully convinced that there is no such thing as a mean USPS employee because I have literally never met one. The ladies working at this office are always the sweetest people on the planet! I’ve mostly worked retail and service jobs and have dealt with my fair share of difficult customers, so my heart goes out to folks who work any kind of customer service. Post office ladies are top tier customer service. I can only imagine what kind of people they deal with but the ones I’ve met always great the next customer with positive energy and I try to be as kind as possible in return.
