“We were looking to upgrade our current mattress and like anyone we were scared of being overwhelmed by the pressure of the salesperson. Gina was wonderful! She gave us our space but checked in on us. We took a mattress quiz so it helped to fine tune what we would be looking for at that store. We did not buy anything our first visit but at no point did we feel the pressure to either. For that reason, we came back and purchased through Gina and overall had a positive experience.”

After searching for a new mattress at several stores I decided to buy at Mattress Firm in Pottstown. Honestly, it wasn't that the store itself was significantly better than others, it was the person who assisted me with my questions. Louann was knowledgeable, patient and showed genuine caring about what I was looking for. She offered suggestions until I was completely satisfied with my purchase. You can shop around and maybe you will find a different company that could save you a few dollars. However, you will not find someone like Louann who will match your needs to your new mattress nearly as well. It's now been 2 months since my purchase and I couldn't be happier!”

“Melissa was such a pleasure to work with! She greeted me upon my arrival for an end table set, she showed me how to read the tags, and let me look. I typically dislike furniture shopping because I feel like I am being watched nonstop and hounded to get more by sales people. She let me do my thing, was around to answer questions, and very sweet! She was so personable and I felt comfortable sharing my situation with her and I ended up getting a bedroom set, mattress, and end tables! Her personality makes her a great fit. I would highly suggest working with her when you go in.”

“If your a lover of all things beautiful and handcrafted, Artifaqt needs to be on your list of go to shops. Their passion for design can be felt from the second you walk in the door. Surrounded by their displays of hand‐made products, it is evident this shop stands a notch above the rest. The owner, John Luttmann, and employees have an incredible respect for the materials they work with and display a level of craftsmanship rarely seen in this day and age. If you're lucky enough to attend an event there, you will not be disappointed. My friends and family attended First Friday yesterday and swung by "The Yard" (right around the corner, in the alley) to check out their brand new, literal hole in the wall eatery. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, on their menu was delicious. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will be greeted with open arms and treated like a true friend.”
“Originally went to The Dump which is located next door and were so dissatisfied with the prices and lack of customer service that we left and went to M and M! So glad we did because this place is great! The owner is so friendly and professional. Prices blow away The Dump and its more organized and easy to find what you need and want. Lots of styles, colors, fabrics, finishes and sizes of furniture to choose from. You will find what you want here. We got huge 10ft x 10ft sectional sofa & over sized ottoman (plush soft fabric); 3 Queen size BR sets (bed, dresser, mirror and night stand); 2 Queen size mattress and box spring sets and a cool bird cage lamp for less than 6,900 dollars delivered! We got a nice discount for buying so much which was equal to a little more than the cost of delivery so it's like we got delivery free of charge. That's great! I will go back when I need anything else.”

“I had an outdoor kitchen/bar put in my backyard. The installers used a Touchstone TV lift for the bar area. The lift has been great, and working flawless for almost 4 years now. The lift has been really easy to use and it’s pretty quiet. The most impressive part of my experience with this company is customer support. I had an instance where I the main controller died. I was able to troubleshoot with them and they ended up sending me a brand new controller almost 3 years into ownership for free. Fast forward almost one year later..I had a power surge and blew the power supply. They sent me one for free even though I was asking to buy one. They really stepped up and I was super impressed. I had previously sent them a few buddies who ended up making sure their installers installed Touchstone products and I’ll definitely continue to recommend them. Can’t beat the customer service.”

“They are absolutely amazing! 3 calls for 3 different problems. They answer my issues promptly and fast appointments. Always on time. Steve is a great dude too! My special order bedroom set $3000 had a niche in it. I called them and told them it came with a niche and they sent someone out in 2 days! I didn't even need someone out that quick, it is just a piece of furniture that I could wait to have it repaired. My ottoman has a tear on the corner. Fixed! The lady that calls after the services are done is very friendly too.”

We've gotten most of our furniture from here to fill our new home - custom dining table, custom pine console tables, swivel chairs, pillows, artwork, dining chandelier, and a dresser. Price has always been so great, and even the custom pieces are an incredible price made by local shops. The staff is also always so helpful and lovely to work with!”

We live in an 1837 Cotton Mill, so most items weren't a fit, but Norman directed us to the Charleston Forge Iron and glass console table to referent the river running behind the building for our entry! “I bought a game at Target online and was worried that they really didn't have it in stock or when I got to the store to pick it up, they wouldn't be able to find it. But none of those things happened. The game was bagged and waiting for me. It took about 3 minutes to retrieve and it was the right game. I was very pleased with the whole process!”
“I shop at Target weekly. This store is always clean and organized. The Starbucks is great- I do wish they would bring back the seating there. The Cafe with Pizza Hut items is rarely open when I'm there. I'm sure that has to do with demand but I'd love to see it open more. While I always walk in for one item and leave having bought 10 or more, I do wish they would reconsider their relationship with AT&T. The sales reps at try so hard to connect but I find it a but annoying to be asked about my phone service every time when I'm just trying to get in and out.”

“At first I had my doubts about this shop based on a couple reviews on here, but I'm SO happy I worked with Ed! We walked in after seeing it while driving by and fell in love with a walnut live edge slab for a countertop. The owner said it would be a few weeks to be ready, and the price was a little higher than we wanted, but we were hopeful it would be worth it.Despite the couple hiccups and delay in completion, the owner was great and only cared about if we were happy. Literally offered to make the changes we wanted with a smile and reassurances that he'd work on it till we were thrilled with what we got. In the end our countertop looks amazing!!! (I'll add pics when installed). We are so happy and will definitely come back. I will admit that their prices are a little high compared to other shops near where we live (state college) but you will walk out with something incredible. 10/10 would recommend”
