My husband and I have been doing banking with this branch for years. We had a document which needed to be faxed. We called asking if we could get the document faxed at the branch. We do not have our own fax machine. I am in awe of the fact they couldn't, wouldn't do this for us. Whatever has happened to customer service or just good business practices!!?? I am disappointed that first off, the document was mailed months ago but, not received by the recipient, due to our wonderful government mail service and secondly, our bank, couldn't/wouldn't be considerate to entertain my request. Yes. The document is not affiliated with the bank. I just thought maybe they would allow me to use their fax. Guess they don't go beyond banking for their clients! What was I thinking ?? In the current world of business, there is NO good business practice or customer service! M&T Bank in Spring Grove gets a huge -100 rating from me.
