When I got to my storage unit that they assigned me, there was no lock on it. Inside was someone else's stuff. I called the unit and in 10 minutes they got me a new storage unit close by and I was ready to go. I appreciate that they valued my time and got it done quickly.”

“I rented a car trailer today, and everything went well until I loaded the car on the trailer and noticed the one strap was cut. Luckily, I had straps and was able to haul the car I needed to. When I returned the trailer, the gentleman was extremely helpful. He acknowledged that it was an issue on their end and promptly gave me a partial refund. I would rent from them again. Everyone makes mistakes, but making things right is difficult.”
