About Spring Grove Car Wash
Spring Grove Car Wash offers both automatic and self-serve options for car cleaning. Customers appreciate that the staff are responsive, providing refunds or follow-up when issues arise, and note that maintenance is generally good despite occasional mechanical problems. The self-serve bays are considered decent, though some suggest replacing the sprayers and note that the vacuum costs $2 and sometimes requires quarters as the dollar slot doesn’t work. While the automated wash can leave some dirt behind, it’s seen as a simple water and soap process. The location is described as being in an odd spot. Additionally, the business features a pet wash with a non-slip mat and a quiet dryer, making it a better experience for pets compared to other local options. Overall, the business is valued for its service responsiveness and pet wash facilities, though some improvements in equipment and additional services could enhance customer satisfaction.

Said on the credit card reader charged me 11.00 for 11 minutes in the carwash, received a charge for 22.60 instead. Other than that, it's an okay place.

Dog wash station i thought wasn't too bad until it charged me double the price...said on the machine charged me 10.06 and when I checked my bank 21.20. So if I am wrong someone explain..no number found to get ahold of owner. Recommend bringing own towel to dry dog with, as blower is minimal.
