Great agency, great company behind it. I like in Pittsburgh PA and the service and attention I have received is better than what I had 3 blocks away. In fact, I have not had a better agency for my automotive OR my homeowners in the 35+ years that I have needed insurance. They were lucky find and definitely A KEEPER !

Before I literally switched auto insurance, I had full coverage from day one on the vehicle I purchased and back in October of 2018, my sister, whom resides in Michigan as well as my mom, was admitted to the hospital and placed in intensive care burn unit not certain she was gonna pull through , I was in need of a rental van handicap accessible. Upon my initial search in calling around,I discovered my current auto insurance with full coverage wasn’t sufficient. In dire need to get to my sister, I now must acquire a new. automobile insurance policy,that has coverage that complies with the rental companies policy for coverage.This was mind blowing the coverage required to rent a handicap accessible van! Finally after reaching an Allstate office, Bill Schmitt with whom I spoke with and explaining my issue,assured me he could help, Repetitively I said are you certain and signed with Allstate on the spot,without regret.
