The UPS Store in Spring House is my favorite location! The staff is always super friendly and helpful! They are a great asset for me to utilize on the go for my work with North Star Roofing. Whether sending a package or quite often needing a document quickly printed for a homeowner, they always come through! A+ experience all around!

I go here all of the time for returns and the two young men are very professional and curious! I came in today with a box of xfinity cable box's, remotes and cords to return. Xfinity gave no direction except “They can be returned at UPS” Once again Jaden knew exactly what to do and provided me my receipt in a timely manner. Thank you for the great customer service!!

The team working in this UPS Store are always so professional, courteous, and helpful. They greet customers upon arrival and consistently demonstrate excellent customer service. A huge thank you today to Quentin and Jaden for their patience and assistance with my return.

The sign says it opens at 8:30 and I waited until 8:45 with no signs of life in the store. Someone else waiting there said this is a common occurrence. If the hours are different than posted they should change them.

Slow employees. They stopped in the middle of scanning my packages to help other customers leaving me standing and waiting for 10+ minutes when I’m the one who arrived first. Ridiculous.

the shipping was terrible. the package was marked with arrows(6) pointing up and labeled up . the package was heavy (150) but was dumped at the delivery site driveway on its side. luckily only a small amount of damage was done. i paid alot of money to have it shipped ($410.03) and expected better care and service
