“Derek and Blake were prompt and did a very nice job. This was my first time using mobile processing as I had an ornery steer. The harvest of the two animals was quick and effective (even with buildings in somewhat close proximity. I used my tractor to bring the animals out of the pasture and to the truck for initial process. They processed the meat and the end results are my happy customers with the end product. It's been about two weeks since they were here and I have already recommended Derek to a friend.”
