I visited this sephora for the first time today. I met Sandy and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. I asked him so many questions and I truly loved all of his suggestions. Thank you Sandy for your amazing customer service.

Went to sephora for one thing and BABYYYY I ended up buying more. Alexi helped me. Unfortunately another customer were very rude and impatient and disrespectful when at the register. And I saw her review here actually her name is tiana She was a karen and she ruined my experience. But alexi was very knowledgeable of what they have in the store very polite. I usually don't like shopping here because I've never really liked the employees attitudes but she was amazing. And I will admit I'm picky and change my mind a lot and she was very patient and also honest about the products when I asked for advice on what she believed would suit me best. She explained everything to me and was very helpful.

Great customer service, Alexi was very kind and helpful throughout my experience. I thought it was awesome we have the same name! She was also very knowledgeable about the products. My overall shopping experience was pleasant & I Will be coming back!

I came to sephora with my husband to honestly just look around and see what they have Alexi was there and if it wasnt for her I probably wouldn't have bought anything. She was very attentive and she let me sample a few products which was awesome! (I ended up buying 2 out of the 3 samples)Thanks for all your help Alexi Ill be back because of you.

Would rate zero if I could. TERRIBLE! Couldn’t believe how unprofessional management was. Don’t waste your time going here they don’t even consider themselves an actual Sephora. That tells you enough. Just drive the extra 60 min to KOP.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. The cashier, Alexi was so unbelievably rude. While checking out she kept walking away to help other costumers. When asked if she could finishing checking me out quick before walking away again she told me I could “leave and not come back”. After telling her her treatment to costumers was unacceptable she walked away from the register and left the building. At that point I didn’t want the item anymore and just asked if I could have my gift card back. Turns out she broke my gift card as well so I had to wait for the manager to give me cash in return. Save yourself the trip especially if Alexi is there, she’s not only rude but doesn’t know how to complete a simple transition without breaking your card and walking out the building.

This store is not managed well at all! The products are priced wrong and many are not priced at all. The employees are not helpful, unpleasant and inconsiderate. The 30 minute drive to Park City is well worth it!
