On April 22nd, I visited this establishment for the first time and was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I greeted the two women at the front with a friendly “hey hey,” but received no acknowledgment or response — a poor first impression for any guest walking into a new place.
One of the women, Malinda Allen, and her coworker slowly made their way to the front desk and openly expressed that neither of them wanted to handle the task I came in for. I had to repeat my reason for being there more than once due to their lack of engagement. When it came time to complete the necessary paperwork, Malinda gave instructions without much clarity, then told me to go to the restroom. After waiting a few seconds, I had to turn back and ask for the cup, which hadn’t been given to me. Only then did she manage a half-hearted smile and said, “Oh I’m so sorry, I’m just not there today.”
There were no other customers present — just me and the two staff members — so the lack of attentiveness and basic courtesy was inexcusable. First impressions matter, and this one left me feeling like my presence was an inconvenience rather than a guest to be helped.

The associate took a glove off to feel a vein on the skin and then proceeded to draw blood, they should be wearing gloves at all times

Awesome group of ladies and gentlemen. Super nice and friendly and professional. Will definitely be back. They took the time needed with my mom. Great experience!!

Overall the staff working here was kind and helpful. It seemed clean and there was no wait. They take your blood right by the entrance no private room or anything so definitely not much privacy but overall a positive experience

This location used to be fantastic. Id stop in for an 8:30am appt on my way to work which was quick and convenient. Once the new owners took over, everything changed. The staff is aloof and barely speaks to you. Not only have prices gone up considerably, but they don't open until 9am now which makes scheduling nearly impossible. When they did "open" at 8:30 the staff were rarely there on time anyways. Yes, I am a repeat customer and have had labs completed here nearly 10x over the past 3 years. Shame. I'll be looking another option moving forward.

Wasn’t aware there were new owners. Have been going here for 3 years and this last time was completely unprofessional. They didn’t have me fill out the actual patient form- they made me fill the slip they sent with my hair test instead. Didn’t get my email- while they were doing my hair test the lady had to ask the other one if it was enough hair for the test.. they both were watching shows on separate lap tops. Also the price on the website did not patch the price they charged me and they did not give me a receipt.

I have used this testing site multiple times for specialty labs and kits. They have been always topnotch for anything I have asked them to do. Today had multiple specialty kits I had ordered and needed a lab that would not only draw my labs, but send out the kits so that I didn't have to run around to multiple locations. The center is spotless and the employees were very professional. I would use them again anytime I need specialty labs drawn.

Horrible experience. The young lady at the front desk barely lifted her head from her phone. Pricing is one of the cheapest but I wouldn't visit this location again. Especially since when I received my results, they weren't mine. I called to get the correct results, but I don't trust that they tested the correct specimen.

There's a really bad mistake with my urine test I need someone to contact me. I will change this review if I'm mistaken and the manager was right about what he said
