I've had to visit this location for help transferring service from my old AT&T phone (purchased on Amazon) to a new one on two different occasions. The employees were extremely helpful, both times. Today Damon assisted me. He was knowledgeable and professional. I think he deserves a shout-out!! Thank you Damon!

Jeff was our sales associate. He was super attentive, very knowledgeable about the products and services. He was so personable and really made our experience enjoyable! If I ever need anything for my phone, I'm coming right down to AT&T and asking for Jeff! He was awesome!

At&t rep -Jeff - a deceiver! Zero stars ⭐️ he didn’t tell me iPad had have a phone line and cost with the promotion! I had to contact the Executive office to get this corrected. She sent me a return label for the iPad and is deleting it from my monthly bill.

No one greeted when we arrived. There was a line but no one took account of who the next in line was. We sat there for 3 almost 30 minutes with no sort of acknowledgment and no offer or promise of help— yes they were busy, no they didn’t even bother to talk to us or ask us to wait or anything. We left. Completely unimpressed.

I think she signed me up for the wrong plan too. I don't even see the trade-in attached to the order. So frustrated with ATT and now this store.

I went to simply upgrade one phone and instead had over 100$ worth of extra charges added to my monthly bill after I was assured it would only change by 10$. The sales associate added an upgraded phone plan to all phones on my account, next up and protect advantage without my permission. I am sure all to add to their sales. Be careful who you work with!

Jeff at AT&T was superb ! He made our experience very pleasant !! A week prior to this I spoke with a warranty part of ATT and they said I could file and get a brand new phone. Well, a refurbished one arrived Thursday , Friday Jeff called the department, put me in touch with them and I was reassured how to return it and Jeff was able to use my phone as an upgrade and I got my new phone!
