Wish I could give 0 stars. Please avoid this store at all costs. The people who work there are scam artists. They use fake names, or refuse to give a name at all, give out fake phone numbers to call if you have any questions such as was provided to me on the attached document. Go ahead and try it, it doesn’t work. They lie to you about the cost of products to get you to blindly purchase and sign up for services you didn’t need or ask for. They ignore your requests for what you came in for and start piling on all these additional items acting as though “they’re included” with the item you came in for which was a simple new phone. Please avoid this store at all costs. Just purchase whatever you need through Amazon or even through AT&T’s own website or elsewhere. Oh and then when you try to come in and return the miscellaneous items that you don’t need, they back away from you as though you’re “threatening them” and call the police on you. I was happy the police showed up because I didn’t feel comfortable dealing with these scam artists without police there. The only recourse I’ll have is that I’m still going to return all of the merchandise including the dumb phone, pay the restocking fees and know that this unscrupulous sales person won’t be making any commissions off of me. Plus, I’ll be writing as many negative reviews as possible and contacting the FTC and filing an official complaint.

Lied about an Apple Watch that I was suppose to receive for free and changed my monthly bill!! Added on services without my knowledge!! This has been a nightmare!! Do not go to this store!!!

Tykirah was a very knowledgeable young woman she fixed what I couldn’t get fixed via telephone they were extremely kind to this elderly woman who knows nothing about computers. Zay what a sweet young man he too assisted me with a on going problem I no have a problem with these 2 AT&T employee.

The most inept, deceitful staff I’ve experienced in a retail environment. Lied about what my monthly bill would be and didn’t cancel service on a device I returned. There is a better store 1/2 mile away on Baltimore pike

Just had an amazing experience at the best At&T store in Springfield, Pa!!! Was greeted right away by friendly Isaiah, who directed me right to Ty who hands down got EVERYTHING DONE from setting up new line, to putting on screen protectors …& helping a longtime customer. I mean Laeeqa now has me interested in getting my daughter the JBL party box with microphone! I can also rely on Star who has replaced my screen protector several times always perfectly never a bubble!!!

This location is the very best!! The customer service reps are kind and very knowledgeable!! Shout out to Zay for answering all my questions and helping me with my phone issues! He's the best and deserves a big salary increase!! Thank you Zay!!!

Josiah was very friendly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions I had and I left with the product and information I needed. I would definitely return to see him in the future. Wait time to be helped was less than 5 minutes which was also a plus!

Star was so patient, kind, efficient & friendly. I am am tech-stupid & she set up my new phone for me, & put the screen protector & case on it for me. She is very knowledgeable & also did not pressure me to buy items I didn’t want. It was an stress-free experience thanks to her. She even walked me out as I left! Excellent employee!

I worked with Zay Watkins at this store and he was nothing short of spectacular. He went above and beyond to help me with the issue I was having with my phone and even stayed late after the store closed another half hour. He was pleasant, professional and understanding. I will recommend anyone go to this store specifically for phone needs. I went to another store before this and had a horrible experience. Thanks so much to Zay!

Alexis was wonderful. Best experience I've had at an AT&T store. She explained everything in a way I could understand. All plans available to me. All options with purchase of phone. Saved me money which no one ever considers. We did have to wait for the download to take place from the old phone to new one. Wasn't a problem. With that time she explained how I could save on tv cable options with AT&T.
I would recommend her to anyone. Personable and informative.
