I absolutely had an amazing time after having such a long day at work. Star is amazing she got me in and out and was beyond helpful and patient with me as it’s been a while since my last upgrade . Matt was very helpful as well I wasn’t planning on getting a watch but him and star told me all the amazing benefits that my previous watch didn’t have. The entire staff was so friendly it was the perfect experience after a long day at work. Thanks team

Well, I have been with AT&T FOR OVER A DECADE, and never had any issues , until a promotion brought us into the store, where I feel I was was lied to abut receiving a free First Net watch and line with separate phone number, not true, do not mind paying for new phone upgrade , and expected my bill to be higher than usual. After $316 dollars for this initial bill, and being charged $108.00 dollars for a phone line I am not using, big surprise, if I cancel this , I have to pay an additional 300.00 plus dollars, because I did not return it within 14 days, confused, ??? yes me to, so to clarify, was totally scammed by this company and sales associate ,basically lied to just to make a sale. I will never do business at this store again, specifically Sproul Rd. Springfield, because after all is said and done, a $189.00 dollar promotion for a new phone is costing well over $600.00 dollars .You may not think that is alot of money, but I work very hard for my money and to be scammed like this is just plain fraud, very upset now and negative over $600.00,Be careful of the scam artists (aka) sales associates at this store. Matt is very nice, I am going to try and resolve this matter directly with him.

Jordan was beyond helpful for us the past few days. We had no issues adding a new line or no issue with upgrading our phones. He had us in and out in no time. Highly recommend Jordan and this corporate location!

omg omg omg that Matthew is so phenomenal and helpful he helped me with getting my new upgrade so peacefully and was very patient with me as well as his coworkers, i had to make my review upon the team because they are so one in a million great and im soo honored to be able have them to help with any of my att concerns but Matthew oh god he is super amazing promote him please he is surely deserving of it !!!

Don’t go to this store. I came here for an upgrade, the rep who goes by Star, also known as Tasha told me I would get a free Apple Watch with no data needed. I get my bill and got charged for data on the damn watch with an installment plan for the damn watch that was supposed to be free . Now my bill is sky high. Rep lied to me to get a sale. Then they somehow messed up the paperwork for my trade in phone and it never applied to my bill! Such incompetence , I can’t even fathom how this happened. I am beyond pissed and irritated. I now have to clean up this mess. Don’t go to the store and get bamboozled. What a waste of time. Go to the att store down the road! This is bad for business. I can’t believe a store would be allowed to operate in such a despicable fashion!

I went into this store to add a new line. I was told there was a promotion called firstnet where I'd get a free watch and special service because I'm a nurse. I do not have an apple phone, but the person helping me told me I could get a Samsung watch as well. Turns out, I've been paying for this watch and will be for months, totalling over $500. Why didn't I realize? Their website and app are horrendous and often take forever to download the bill. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do for me. So this person in the store told me I was getting a free watch, which is actually costing me $500.

Got a great deal on a new phone with quick and friendly service, but was signed up for three additional services that were not explained well and caught me by surprise when looking at the next bill:1. The associate signed me up for a $17/month protection plan and only told me that it’s “$10 to replace my screen in the future,” no mention of the monthly cost or that I had a choice.2. Was hastily signed up for an “employee discount” that requires a costlier premium plan to actually receive a discount, and my company doesn’t even offer this. The associate put in the wrong company, and I wasn’t the one pushing for this change.3. Was signed up for the $5/month NextUp add on that lets me trade in early to upgrade. Trying to keep monthly costs low, so it’s not what I wanted, and I was not given a choice.Similar stuff has happened to other family members out of state with AT&T: good deals, bill surprises. My suggestion for anyone visiting this store or others to get a new phone or modify their plan is to ask specifically how their bill will change and get a line by line answer before they leave the store.Solved these issues with AT&T’s online chat support, whose staff are pretty clutch and have repeatedly been awesome this season when other issues came up.

Star was very helpful even though it was 7:30 at night and the store closes at 8. She was very pleasant and willing to answer questions. I got a brand new phone within 15min.

Alexis was very patient with us to upgrade my phone to 15. She helped setting up the phone upgrade transfer, reset the old phone to the manufacturer settings, Apple Pay, pairing with my Apple Watch, getting all the necessary accessories (protective glass, phone, cover, usb- c box). She also helped reset my husband’s Apple ID, Apply Pay from his iPhone 13. We really appreciate her patience and time to her assistance with two senior citizens.

Had a great experience at the AT&T store in Springfield. I needed a replacement phone but also wanted to review my plan so I could save money!! The agent was extremely helpful and efficient. Highly recommend!

This is my go-to store even though there is a store in eddystone that is closer to me. Seems like whenever I go there they don't have anything or can't do anything for me. So I skip them and go right to Springfield. They are always nice and willing to help and even if they don't have the answers, they take the time to find the answers and fix the problem. I'm so grateful for them to be there

I was extremely happy with my visit to the AT&T in Springfield today.. Star, took great care of us and was very accommodating to my 9yr old daughter who had 1000+ questions and I was completely impressed with the manager Matthew was extremely knowledgeable about absolutely everything in the store, all my service questions and we honestly walked out of there feeling well taken care of and happy to be using AT&T as our service provider
