“Had to bring my car in for an oil change and also needed the tire pressure addressed. I used the Express service area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The service advisor that handled everything was Nathan Rispoli. He spent time with me before the car was worked on, to be sure they would know what concerns I had. Then went over everything afterward to explain all that was done. He even went the extra mile to come out to the car with me to ensure that the settings were done correctly, and that everything was in order before I left. Very customer service oriented!”

“UPDATE: the owner talked with me and we had a great conversation and accountability was taken. No only did the repair get done in a timely manner because I was prioritized. He even went the extra mile to save me money on an additional repair bc my tpsm was damaged. I’ve never seen an owner roll his sleeves up and get it handled so thank you so much Chris for making things right. I do want to also thank Gardner who has never stopped answering the phone me even two months after I bought the vehicle. I now no longer even want to deal with the two Hyundai dealerships that are literally 15 min from me. I’ll drive the hour to Springfield just bc I know they will take care of me .
I will never ever buy another Hyundai again. I got this car 2 months ago, I originally said no on the tire warranty they sell u but the manager came back in talked me into. No one told me I’d have to wait 60 days to use this at another dealership. No expectations were set. I got off at 1 pm Afyer being towed to a Hyundai dealership to be told I have to leave my car until Friday just for a tire. So I I have to wait another hr and a half to get towed to Springfield bc that’s where I bought the car and was assured that they can do and they even give me a loaner. So after paying $50 for a loaner and waiting another hr and a half for the loaner that was sitting in back bc they had to verify my insurance which why I don’t know why that wasn’t done before hand if u know that I’m coming. Oh and what’s the deal of the car not coming with a spare??? I wanted to make this review bc I think it’s needed I think people need to know they are not familiar with how this warranty works and the lack of customer care that was received in the process”

When deciding to buy a new car, I was excited and I little nervous. I had a set budget in mind and I needed to know what was the out the door prices. When I called, Sergio answered the phone and not only did he listen to everything I said, he actually ran prices down for me. I explained to him that I wasn’t ready yet but will be ready soon. He said sure, no problem, call with any questions and when you’re ready. I assumed he was going to call and text non stop to get me to come in sooner than when I was ready. Nope, no harassing calls or text, he checked in with me to inform me the car I wanted will be available soon. I thanked him and we discussed different vehicles as well, he explained the different features, and the price difference. One thing I want to point out is, if Sergio says anything about alloy wheels, trust him and get them. Lol
My experience was amazing and even after the purchase, I had questions about some of the features, and Sergio came out and explained everything to me. I will be a customer for life!
Oh and if you stop in, ask Sergio to show you the cool card trick!🤗😁😁”
