“My gf dropped her car (white kia) off here for service (oil change and inspections). It was late when we dropped it off and the building itself was well lit.
Following day I get a call about the car. It was noted the car needed a couple things for inspection (were pretty sure they needed replacement before dropping it off). They clearly explained what it needed and gave a more than reasonable price for the needed repair and the rest of the services needed. Car was ready later that night and all seems well. Very nice people to deal with and good pricing! Would definitely bring my personal vehicle here.

“I had an exceptional experience at the Goodyear store in Clifton Heights I'd like to share. Recently, a friend gifted me a nice riding lawnmower with one exception: the tires were dry-rotted and wouldn't hold air. I ordered a set of four new tires from Amazon and they arrived quickly. I called the Goodyear store, about 2 miles away, and spoke with a very nice young lady. I explained what I needed and she said they could handle it. Early the next day, I took the four tires to the store and spoke with Joseph Engro, one of the sales staff. He doubted if they could mount the new tires since their equipment was only designed for passenger cars and such. However, he'd ask one of his tire specialists if doing the job was possible. He gave me the good news that, yes, they could do it for me. I dropped off the old tires and wheels and went home. In about an hour, they called me and told me the job was done! Wow! They did the job faster than greased lightning. When my car needs new tires, in about 10,000 miles, I'll be giving this store my business. Thanks, Goodyear and especially thanks for the great and speedy job you did!”
“Came in this morning (Wednesday) to get my DL photo updated. Walking in with dread I was pleasantly surprised to how efficient the process was. Jonathan was working. He was quick, professional and very pleasant. If you need to get your I’d card updated this AAA is really a sweet spot to get too. Earlier the better, obviously.
Secondly, quickly stopped to update my AAA membership as well, James was a very professional cat as well. He was knowledgeable, and diligent. The service here is top.”
