Very disappointed with the service and lack of care or concern. I placed an order on Sunday June 22 for in store pick up. I went Monday June 23 around 2:30-3:00pm for pick as I received the alert my items were ready. I arrived to find a hand written note stating they had closed early. No other store was closed. I was unable to pick up my items. I called to have them shipped because I went out of the country. Needless to say, I loss my coupon, did not get my items and have to wait 5 days for the order to cancel to get my money back in another 3--5 days. Why alert a customer items are ready to close without notice. Website stated they were open, voicemail indicated they were open and I wasted time and gas to recieve nothing.
I spoke with Stacey and she was no help, just rude. I called customer care and tried to order the items to have them ship, but out of my $55 order only 2 items were available.
I understand things happen. I'm more frustrated I no have nothing because I don't return until July and items will cancel. I was there for my items. I lost big time, no coupon, no sale prices and no items!!!!!!

I went to pick up my order and there was a sign on the door stating that they were closed early. So I reached out to customer service and was told that I have 5 days from purchase to pick up. I explained that I reached day 5. No solution offered.

went to this location to purchase wallflower and I was told that the sale price was only online. Was very disappointed because I left home in the rain went all that way to be told that their store is not offering the special. Very dissatified because I had to go back home.

Aaliyah (i think I caught her name correctly) was super kind + helpful. she recommended me the perfect scent during the semi annual sale and went out of her way to find one of the last fragrance sprays to go with it. i know the is a chaotic time so this small act made my day!

This B&B works is always tight and crowded but do have good customer service. When they have sells me and my daughter go crazy. So glad it is one before the mall and it is clean.

The managers here are dedicated and the employees know their scents. The selection here generally is always well kept in stock. Should you be in need of a gift or personal use. The people here won't steer you wrong

I love bathadoy worksyou always get the one size large free item if not sigh up on line it will come in your email my daughter and mother in law get there’s in the mail I think you had to sign up for that instore long ago they told me online I used to get it this way but we moved and never changed our address they have lots of new soaps , body washes and lotions , air fresheners, hand sanitizer, candles ,chap stick . I love look ma new hands lotion was a big seller not sure why it is gone they discontinued. Bummer I think they still have the feet one.which is weird but beautiful stooge great helpers oh and now they carry pocket size perfumes. Love them they only had 2 dents when I went so I got them both . Prices are not bad if you catch there sales.
