If I could give this place minus stars instead of a one star, I would. Go online, purchased the tires. Set the appointment for Sunday. I get a phone call couple days after telling me. Oh, the system doesn't work correctly. It doesn't always do see other appointments that we have set up.Can we reschedule your appointment. I said, okay.Can we do it on saturday?Cause I need to get it done over the weekend. Sure.No problem.Get the appointment scheduled change all of our weekend plans. Then Saturday, 2 hours before the appointment. I get a phone call saying that club oops. The system made another mistake. Someone must have sold the tires, and so now we have to order them. Okay, well, I'm not about to change my plans for the weekend again. Two hours before my second booked appointment, so i'm just going to cancel the order. So I'm told well, you have to call this number to process a refund. Okay, fine. I call the 800 number while I'm on the phone. With the 800 number, they have to call the tire center to make sure that I didn't already get the tires installed. I understand that because I'm sure there are people okay who pull scams and stunts all the time. Okay done so I thought. Then today I get a phone call from them again. Do I still want the tires? Because it's showing in the system to order them. This time the guy is calling from the store that told me they can't process the refund I have to call the 1888 number. So I had to go through the refund process with this person from the store all over again and confirmed that the tires were not installed when the other guy that works there said he can't do it. I have to process it with that main number.
Apparently, the system doesn't work the people that work there don't know what they're doing and it's just not a professionally run establishment. Warning to all of youForget bj's for tires, if you're looking for another tire center in that area go to Tires Etc. Professional reliable and better deals then BJS.

Fantastic service from Pete. I ordered the tires online, they came in 2 days as stated. The Michelin CrossClimate2’s were about $200 less than competitors. The entire process was simple and seamless. Great communication and service from Pete. Really very happy that I chose BJs. Highly recommend!

I'd definitely bring my car here again to have my tires replaced. Pete is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. He answered all my questions. BJ's tire center in Springfield PA stands out in comparison to other tire centers I've been to. 5 stars here.

My wife purchased a windex product with a coupon. When she got it home she realized she'd gotten the wrong product and returned to exchange it. The assistant manager who wears his name tag backwards so as not to be identified refused to allow the coupon to be applied to the exchange. Basically all other things equal he wanted her to pay full price on the new product when she'd gotten a coupon discount on the first product. Why? He just wanted to be argumentative and difficult. On her previous visit customer service was unable to get her a new membership card because "the manager was taking out the trash". For the rest of night?!? Seriously? Customer service at this location is nonexistent and staff acts like they are doing you a favor to get anything done. The only exception is the gentleman who often checks receipts at the exit. He's probably got the most difficult job in the place and he always manages to keep it fun. When our membership expires we will switch to Costco.

Okay so last time I was here was a torture, see my last review if your interested in the gory details. My sad adventure occurred on 4/6/22. I sent an email complaint to corporate, cause yes I am that person, and I received a call today 4/22/22 from an assistant manager at the store. Poor guy it must be his job to deal with complaints, because he rambled off a quick apology and offered me 25 gift card for my troubles. Unfortunately for this underpaid hero, I wanted to chat a bit. After our chat, I promise I was nice, he assured me the following things would happen: 1. They are getting new registers in customer service in a month and they will no longer have to enter your returns item by item manually. 2. He would reward the customer service cashier who had to spend over 30 minutes manually adjusting a register error on my receipt while being treated rudely by her co workers. 3. That they are working on finding new employees and helping to make customer service an actual service and not the title of a job nobody wants to perform. So because the assistant manager listened to me and gave me some assurance of possible changes for the better, I agreed to give them another try. I really don't want to go back. But I would have to wait in line and visit customer service to cancel my membership, so lol I'm taking the gift card and trying again. Wish me luck!

Purchased tires, but did have to wait for a period of time due to the fact the intact operator is the mechanic!

Best place to get tires. Pete Rose did excellent job at replacing all 4 tires and even took extra time to explain all the benefits. You get free tire rotation for the life of the tire and free plugs. Definitely coming back for my next vehicle.

Polite and friendly. Really helpful but I had to walk in to set the appointment as they are short staffed. Not really a problem since I did before I went shopping.

Careless staff. Lines never open. Then "upper management " took away the scan gun at self service. What joke. Time to cancel and go to Costco. If ur gonna take away the gun scanner at self checkout they HIRE MORE CASHIERS!

I had to drive to this BJs since the tire center was not open on the weekends it seems in SP. Great experience. Ordered the tires, made an appt. to have them installed and was in/out in less than 2 hours.

I ordered a set of 4 tires on 5/31/21 and was scheduled on 6/10/21 for the installation. I took half a day off for my appointment this morning but on the way to BJ’s tire center , the guy called and said my tires still haven’t come in.
