Took my car here to have my breaks assessed and to fix an issue involving my front headlight. When I had returned from vacation to pick my car up from my aunt and mother I discovered my car had now much more issues than it had begun with. My charging port does not work, turning signal does not work, and what alerts me that my tire pressure is low or that I may have a flat does not work. Now due to these issues I will have to account for a bigger fix that began as a small fix. Very disappointed for my first time at this establishment.

Car wash is 24/7 too. But don’t expect to get blown dry, sensors are off and have been for awhile. No one is going to fix it.at least it’s cheap!

Love the cashier. She always Remembers my name even if I only go 1 time a week.

The same woman has been working here since I had hair, and that was 22 years ago. Really nice. Used to see her every morning on my way to work. Wife and I stopped by recently and she was still there. Love the personal smile in the morning.
Don't get that anymore. Gas is gas.

It's really sad that when an owner loses the Mobil branding, they are cheap and petty and change it to "Mobile" to avoid copyright issues. There's nothing "mobile" about it. It's just a complete rip-off from when this was a Mobil station. Maybe I'll bring my Hondah or Subaroo here!

Do not go here if you are a young woman by yourself. I've had my license for 10 years but lived in the city so this is my first time owning my own car, so admittedly I am fairly naive still regarding cars, however they were clearly trying to take advantage of that. I got my registration done across the street and figured it would be convenient enough to stop in to see if they were available to do the inspection I needed. Not a single car was in the garage being worked on but they still acted extremely hesitant about if they could fit me in or not. I agreed to leave it there once they said they could and they suggested I go walk around the shopping mall while I wait as they had no idea what time it would be done. Not 10 minutes after I walk away the man calls me back as they had started the inspection already (as if he really didn't know that's what they were going to do when they told me to walk away) and started being very dramatic saying lots of things were wrong and I was going to want to see it. He tried to keep listing things as I assured him I would be back over 2 minutes and he could show me in person. The cause of all the drama was that I simply had 3 light bulbs out (they weren't even the major lights like headlamps/break lights). He went on to say they were expensive to replace and they don't make them easy to do either. He even said I should take the car back to the person who sold it to me and he couldn't believe they would sell it to me in this condition (I bought used and cheap from a trustworthy friend who knows cars super well). Meanwhile, the other mechanic was continuing to look at my car as it was on the lift and tried to scare me by saying he saw oil dripping from somewhere and pointing out the wheel shield was detached (a completely unnecessary part many people purposefully remove). I had them give me my car back since they were giving me bad vibes and took it somewhere else. I ordered all the lightbulbs myself for less than $20 and the next place replaced them easily and passed it with no other concerns. Lightbulbs shouldn't be that dramatic.

THE BEST. Russ, Chris, and their staff are just the best. They're honest, thorough, and skilled. They get the job done and I never EVER worry that they're overcharging me or doing things they don't need to do. Heck, sometimes they'll even tell me that I needed to do less than I'd feared, and/or they'll clearly charge me less than they could have done. The only time I go anywhere else is if they're too full-- which happens because they're so darned good. I wish every mechanical shop were this outstanding.Services: Electrical
