I have taken all of my kids to build the bears over the years multiple times. I just took my daughter for her first experience and I’m so glad Andy was there. He has a ton of enthusiasm and positive energy. My daughter enjoyed spending the time we did with him so grateful we will be back because of Andy.

We were there last week for the first time with our four year old. Andy really made the experience special for my daughter. He kept her engaged and laughing the whole time. She doesn’t usually warm up to people quickly but Andy is next level amazing with kids. She absolutely loves her mer-frog.

I brought my daughter here for her birthday and we had such a great time! Shout out to ANDY!!! He was working by himself but he managed to remember my daughters name and other children's names the whole time while we had all been there for. He made the experience so much fun and had so much positive energy the entire time. This was my daughter's first time coming and she had such a great time. I was laughing the entire time. Give Andy a raise he deserves it! And meet my daughters birthday bear CUPCAKE 🧁😁

You will be taken care of very well at this Build-a-Bear; every one of the employees that have assisted us has been a pleasure to work with, the staff are extremely friendly, patient, and accommodating. I’d like to shout out to Lindsey in particular! She went above and beyond to help us during our last visit and we were so extremely appreciative of her kindness ♡ Thank you all!

When I called and the man over the phone answered you could tell he had so much energy. And when we went later the next day the workers were very kind I recommend!

The staff at this location is wonderful! They were very helpful and playful with the other guests (who were children and not full grown adults) and then also made sure that our experience was magical and meaningful. Thank you, ladies!

Took my girls to the Springfield, PA store. They got gift cards for Christmas and have never been. They had a BLAST! Andy was WONDERFUL!!! Funny, helpful, patient. Great first experience for my little ones ❤️
