These lady’s you have working in this store are rude straight and ignorant I made a 216 purchase and they charged me twice for an item and when the manager came out she asked the girl did I steal anything that was so insulting then when I asked her what’s her problem the caucasian girl with the tattoo jumped in and said a Racist Remark to me they didn’t want to give me my money back call the cops on me and told me to get my money back from them they were cursing at me until I waked outta the store I had to call my girl in there to get my money back and three days later still having received my money back I spent over two hundred dollars I will never ever ever come back to that location I will be seeking legal action ..

I just went to Carter's in Springfield. I went to use the bathroom. There was no sign saying you could not go to the bathroom. The girl worked in there came to me very aggressive and disrespectful telling me. I couldn't go back there because there was product back there. I explained to her that there was no sign and I needed to use a bathroom. I had all my clothes I was buying sitting on top of a rack.I was buying a lot of stuff because there was clearance and have a business. She kept being very rude to me. When I went to the counter with my pile of clothes to pay for this girl was so rude. She did not greet me. She asked me for my phone number. When I gave it to her, she says it's not in there just rude. I told her it's my first time in carters, and she was just Disrespectful, I asked her too. Just just calm down. Why are you being so disrespectful? She did not answer me.I.Left everything on the counter and walked out.
That was the worst customer service on the received in a place of business

I don't usually review chain places but I just wanted to drop a note that this location was really helpful when I was looking for a baby shower gift for my friend. One employee helped me sort through racks for a specific outfit I had seen online on their registry, but that I could not find once I got to the store. She also went to the back to search for another item. Even the cashier jumped in to help out. I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to put together a great gift. There are also some good sales that I will keep an eye on next time I need a baby gift!

The staff was patient and also very nice. At the time there was a good sale going on that had clothes marked down 50 percent. Although, some items were still over priced even with the sale. There were some very nice choices to choose from when it came to either boys or girls, both young and old. But, I wouldn't recommend to the thrifty shopper.
