I used to shop this store for all kind of clothes…so I stop in to sell a big tote of new shoes still in boxes. All name brand not high end designer but name brand.. example Jessica Simpson, Dansko, Born clogs and so on… so they wanted to give me $15.00 for 5 pair of new shoes… I wasn’t looking for a high amount but $15.00 for 5 pair of new shoes… that’s a waste of time… I will never support this business again… FYI I went to another store in the area and sold 4 pair of new shoes for $56.00 dollars… very disappointed in this store….

I purchased an item on the website when they were having a 20% off sale and I was exciting to receive the item in the mail. Few days past and decided to check to see if there was a shipping notification…there was, that my order had been cancelled and refunded. Confused and frustrated, I called the store and they said the bag sold weeks ago. The lady said that due to technical difficulties, the website is showing items that are already sold and not deleting when purchased in store. That really sucks for the customer. They didn’t even offer the 20% coupon to use on another item.
