Plenty of parking and easy to access. Always quick service, you’re in and out no more than 15mins

I had the cops called on my sister and me here (CVS Pharmacy 795 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA) on the morning of May 27th, less than a week after my college graduation - I'm guessing because we're black and needed painkillers for period cramps? It definitely wasn't because we stole something, as the police check of our shopping bags found nothing taken. I got an apology from management days later after I filed a complaint, but this doesn't seem like an isolated incident based on my interaction with one of the policemen that did the search, and the fact that none of the employees in the almost-empty CVS store made any attempt talk to us about the alleged theft before, or to apologize for the false accusation and the terror my sister and I faced in interacting with 3 armed policemen as black people. For any other people of color that might face this, here's the link for submitting a complaint( - it helps if you record the incident or ask to have access to the police report. Pretty horrible experience. Would not recommend it.

The pharmacy staff here is warm and efficient. Hours are a bit better than the one in Target mall. The bucks that can be earned to get a shopping item are a bonus.

I Check in on my phone at 3:50. This was a complete Shit show. I walked out and told them to cancel my appointment.

Today, for the first time, I visited this minute clinic. I was seen by Sandra, she was the most professional, sweetest, and caring person I've ever dealt with. Sandra was so thorough, I wish she could be my primary physician. Thank you sooo much, Sandra!!! I would recommend Sandra and this minute clinic ANY TIME!!!! I also must mention, the woman gave me my Covid test, (I Wish I could remember her name, she had blonde hair) another sweetheart, super professional, and yet another asset to this facility!!!

Good Afternoon to my Yelp family!!! Hello again! Yes, it truly amazes me that I have never reviewed this CVS. I have patronized this location about a zillion times. This CVS is cool. Everytime that I have visited this location, the employees have treated me very well. I was so happy to visit this location, today, because I visited the CVS location on Macdade Blvd and it was crowded, about ten people in line. I did not feel like waiting in line, since I did not have a prescription to fill and pay for. I merely wanted to load my prepaid card. Yes, I know I can do that online. However, since Z. and I were out, running here and there, I decided to do it today. Z and I had been out walking at Crowell Park and we decided to visit this location after the Macdade location was so crowded. Gregory assisted me today. Gregory, along with another employee had on masks because of Covid -19, the Corona Virus. It seems funny to me to see people in masks because of the virus. Once upon a time, if you were to see people in masks, you would swear that they were robbing the store. Not anymore. This seems to be the new norm. Gregory was polite and helpful. I was telling him how the location on Macdade Blvd was crowded. I said maybe the CVS-Macdade Blvd location was giving something away, maybe thats why so many people were in line. Anyway, I had a pleasurable visit. I was in and out. Nobody was in line. The place was a ghost-town. This location has a parking lot, with a good amount of spaces. This CVS is a nice size, not too large and not too small. Okay, Yelp Family, til the next review, have a great evening!

The pharmacists here have bent over backwards to try and help me, and in my almost 40-years of medication-consumption, I have NEVER had such warm, thoughtful, and personalized care as I have had here.

Give this place a 3 1/2 stars. Lost 1/2 a star since it needs a bit of straightening up. This CVS location has plenty of offstreet parking on this busy Baltimore Pike corner. Shelves are properly stocked. This location has a minute clinic which we used in the past. The staff/nurse was very nice. Now you can check in online so you don't have to wait in the store. I have not used that function yet. I did not use the Pharmacy. Will I be back? Yes.

It's a pharmacy. I generally prefer CVS to Rite Aid, and 20 years ago I ran a Rite Aid. I don't know, I guess having carpet really makes the store seem more warm and comforting than having shiny floor tiles. The people here have never given me a hassle about anything I have ever asked for. For the most part they are willing to help. Whenever I look at the employees in any Pharmacy, Pharmacists included, I am just happy I don't work in the industry any more. It is a brutal life. You are surrounded by sick people, so you get sick. Then you still have to go to work because you are almost a one man show in a smaller pharmacy, and for me personally, my District Manager was a tyrant. It seems like the buyers for CVS keep their store managers busy because there always seems to be a Plan O Gram reset in progress. A POG is the diagram of the spacing of products in an aisle. Most people in retail hate these because a simple addition to an aisle requires you to rearrange usually, at least 4 feet of product. What a brutal life. Like any corporation profit is the main goal, CVS, however does have standards in reaching that goal, and I respect them over all other chain pharmacies for that. They don't sell tobacco products. They are congruent in their mission. Anyway, the point is that the employees in this location work hard, they do what they have to get the job done and they seem happy to help despite the work load. I send all my scripts here and they are efficient at filling them as well. I just want to give credit where credit is due.

Typical CVS with Embedded minute clinic. Have used both services. Has a drive through for meds.
