I usually enjoy my experience here. The associates that work here are very friendly. Sharon is my favorite. We always enjoy a great conversation. I didn't give CVS five stars, because they did not have my red peppermints in a plastic container. I had to go to another CVS to obtain these. But alas, it was still a good visit and experience. Sharon was not there, but another lady was there and she was pleasant. I ran into Sandy, who I haven't seen in years. She was an associate at the Dress Barn in Springfield. That location is closed now.
Good Evening Google Family. I had a wonderful interaction with Carole today. I told Carole how I was looking for hospital gowns for my mom. She told me about a place called Rio's. I went there and I found just what I was looking for. I really appreciated her insight. There are still good people out there. Carole is so sweet and thoughtful and caring. I really appreciated her today. Have a great night and don't forget to work out, be fit and fabulous!!!!!

I came all the way to get my medication, but they were closed again because their system was down. This happens way more often than it should. Would not recommend coming here.

Went to the minute clinic for the second time in the past two months there and had a pretty unpleasant experience. The reason for the 5 stars is that a pharmacist named Jess went WELL above her pay grade and beyond to try to help me get things sorted out and make things better. She deserves a raise. The rest of the pharmacy staff was very helpful too.

The new CVS voice mail is AWFUL. I know all voice mail is pretty bad, as opposed to speaking to a real person, but when you have to speak to your pharmacist you don’t want to be put in a voice mail mirror maze or told to call 911 – you want to speck to a pharmacist! You used to be able to speak to the pharmacist, and if they don’t change it back I will be changing drug stores.

Disorganized minute clinic. Arrived there 10 minutes before an appointment and the Kiosk was sticky, other people were having trouble checking in, and I wasnt seen for an hour. So frustrating

I've been a customer for years. I like to shop at CVS because of the wonderful customer service and the products are easy to locate. My prescriptions are always ready on time and can be picked up via in-stòre, drive-up window, or delivered.

I had the cops called on my sister and me here (CVS Pharmacy 795 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA) on the morning of May 27th, less than a week after my college graduation - I'm guessing because we're black and needed painkillers for period cramps? It definitely wasn't because we stole something, as the police check of our shopping bags found nothing taken. I got an apology from management days later after I filed a complaint, but this doesn't seem like an isolated incident based on my interaction with one of the policemen that did the search, and the fact that none of the employees in the almost-empty CVS store made any attempt talk to us about the alleged theft before, or to apologize for the false accusation and the terror my sister and I faced in interacting with 3 armed policemen as black people. For any other people of color that might face this, here's the link for submitting a complaint( - it helps if you record the incident or ask to have access to the police report. Pretty horrible experience. Would not recommend it.

Lots of great things are sold here. The employees are super friendly, and the nurses here are also nice. They have good photo copy machines and nice pharmacists.

When you call it makes you speak to a robot and absolutely won’t let you connect to a real person. Honestly makes the whole experience unenjoyable when you’re just trying check on the status of your prescription.
