I drove more than 40 minutes from NJ to the Dakota Watch Company in the Springfield Mall. The hours are listed on the website that they are open at 10:00 am. I got to Dakota at 11 minutes after 10 and no one was there to help me. I walked around for an hour; came back after 11 and still no one there. Very frustrating to say the least. Here’s a suggestion: either update your hours on the website or have someone there who gives a damn about customer service and not having their breakfast somewhere when they are supposed to be working!!!!

I feel really bad for this company! They have the WORSE PERSON WORKING AT THEIR KIOSK! I went to ask a question about the watches and bathroom since I am not familiar with the mall. Immediately after I said excuse me, he said "No questions". I don't know if he was having a bad day but then he should have left. I have NEVER experienced someone must flat out rude like that! I definitely will be making a complaint because NO one deserves that type of service! Absolutely not! He was wearing headphones and when I asked him if that's what he said because I was very shocked he just ignored me! SMH

Always come here for my batteries and have had the best service. This past Sunday I wanted to buy a few watches as graduation gifts for my grandchildren. Andrew at the counter was very nice but told me he was all out of boxes and wasn’t sure when he would have more in. This was very disappointing. I will continue to come here for my batteries but had to go elsewhere for my 3 watches I wanted to purchase with an appropriate gift box.

Great experience! Needed a watch band replacement and the person, Andrew, working the counter was awesome. He was quick to remove my old band and taught me how to put on the nato strap. My watch looks great and I was in and out in minutes! I’ll definitely be back for my watch needs!!!

My wife spent $50 on 2 bracelets for me and both bracelets broke with no effort a waste of money the one I'm wearing is coming apart won't buy from there again...just wanted to add never asked for no money or an exchange they contacted me asked for pictures and a receipt I sent both no response after they were bought around chiristmas.these things just come apart with no effort I don't suggest anyone buy these cheaply made bracelets.
