Really disappointed by Express’s return policy. I understand you have to have policies in place, but to miss the return window by two days and get told sorry there is nothing they can do is frustrating.
There has to be more flexibility. All tags were on the clothing and if they pull up my account they would see I shop there frequently. To not even offered store credit makes me not want to return.

Stopped in to pick up a last minute wedding outfit and Julian stepped right in to help me. I was in a rush but didn’t communicate that..he was quick and SUPER helpful. Very appreciative of that. I told him the fit I was going for and he provided great suggestions and I left with an awesome outfit in a half hour! I was by myself and asked for his honest opinions on the outfits I tried on and also appreciated his honesty! What a guy. I highly recommend this store.
Also. This is maybe the second time I’ve stopped into an Express store..they have some really nice clothes priced affordably!

The girl kanesha, know nothing about sales and she's a liar She try to tell me the red price on the tag is already marked down as a 50% WHAT! Yes I definitely reported her. I been going here since my 20's. If she don't like customer service find another job please because this isn't for you. This place is a revolving door with employees. I see them come and go fast. I don't know the guy's name who works there but he is awesome.

Today I went into this location to pick up a dress for an event. As I was walking around this employee with red hair was and glasses was making racial comments. I immediately felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. Prior to leaving, I asked another employee what her name was and they said her name was Jenna. This behavior is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I don’t understand how Express is allowing this racism to take place.

The cashier Cora with the glasses and curly hair has excellent customer service skills. Always looked forward to going to express at Springfield mall to see her. Unfortunately I heard she transferred to King of Prussia, I miss her. I Hope king of prussia is treating her well.

Great service and lots of friendly staff. So many nice employees who sell us the best quality of items. It's like the only good spot to shop in Springfield. Easily accesible from other parts of Delaware County by Septa's route 101 and other various bus routes. Lots of areas to eat at and order clothing. 2 main buildings, target for foods and other random items and Macys for clothing. In between the two are small stores and restaurants. Lots of room to eat inside, they have an elevator in the middle of the mall along with entrances to the 2nd floor spread out along the main walkway. 10/10 experience.

This store is neat, bright organized, easy to navigate and decently stocked. What I like, they consolidated sale items to one area for men and women so the disorganization is at a minimum. There are enough sale and regular price options for you to purchase something and walk out of the store, not wasted trip. For larger sizes you probably need to get there when the new stock arrives and pay full price as anything over size 12 does it make it to the sale rack. On the day I shopped it was an all male staff they were very pleasant, and I didn't feel uncomfortable being assisted by all men. The quality of the clothing is nice it's not high end ,at times the original prices are extremely expensive. if you have the credit card and you use it wisely, you earn money to help cushion the cost of items.Would I return? Yes when they announce a sale.

Store could be more organized they had three of the same type bodysuit in different areas, female paraphernalia seemed haphazardly thrown on racks.

Ordered a blazer online! Love it! Figured let me go to the store and get more. Found 3 I really liked and was going to get all 3! The associates there were like 16 no cares and rude! I asked a question and she clearly did not want to be bothered and cut me off !so I put the blazers back! I'll spend my money somewhere else. Thanks!

Natalie, at Express in the Springfield Mall is a rockstar! I found a dress that was not in my size and she went to the back not once but twice to get the appropriate size item for me! She was so helpful! Everyone should be like Natalie!
