Nicole, who runs this location, is awesome, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She is not the problem and in fact if it wasn't for her, my rating would be lower.The company however, is running a bait-and-switch game, which I am not interested in playing.They just lost a customer that has storage needs for at least the next decade.

The company I work for had a problem with the original unit we rented and had to switch two other times to get a right one. Nicole at front desk was amazing. She was very patient and polite, even walked me to the unit.
