Had an incredible experience working with FAST SIGNS for the rebranding of our firm! From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, creative, and incredibly responsive. My experience with this company was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I was promised a permanent storefront sign would be installed in time for my client’s store opening. Not only was that timeline completely missed, but communication throughout the entire process was unprofessional and inconsistent.
I followed up multiple times — in person, by phone, and via email — and was constantly told “someone will get back to you.” They rarely did. Halfway through the project, the person originally handling it stopped responding altogether, and I had to re-explain everything to someone new. The job ended up taking over four weeks after the promised install date, with no accountability or proactive communication.
To make matters worse, I was told I’d need to pay for a temporary sign — something that only became necessary because of their delay. Not once did anyone from the company acknowledge the inconvenience or offer an apology.
This experience made me look unprofessional in front of my own client, and I cannot recommend this business based on the lack of reliability, responsiveness, or ownership they demonstrated.
