If you have a package you need to sign for I would suggest using another courier. I have been sent a package for my job which needs to be signed for, but FedEx does not even make an attempt at delivery. I live in a condo which has a front door with an intercom. I could be contacted either by the intercom or by phone to come to the door to sign for the package, but instead they just leave a note saying someone needs to be there to sign for the package and leave, and of course offer no indication of what time they will try and deliver the package so the only way I could be able to receive it would be to wait at the front door the entire day. If you lived in a house were there with no cars in the driveway they would probably just leave the note and not even knock on the door.

This office always has the nicest most helpful people there!! Especially Lynn! She helped my 87 year old mom and was happy to do so. She is excellent with the elderly and everyone else as well. I will keep coming back to this store because of Lynn and the other kind, friendly people who work here!! Thank you to this wonderful staff❣️

I ever so often picked up packages from this FedEx throughout the year and I must say how nice and professional every staff member is here. Literally every interaction is pleasant. And service is quick and efficient.
And over a month ago, I was in a pinch to get a digital painting printed on canvas. I was delighted to see that FedEx offered this option for in store pick up unlike it's direct competitors. The staff members kept in contact via email and made sure that everything was fine prior to printing. Once I arrived and mentioned that the canvas will be written on, they even provided me with a canvas sample in order for me to test and ensure that everything would turn out well. These guys deserve a nice bonus. Truly appreciate them all!

Had a Walmart return that was already in a unopened box they wanted to charge me $5 for another box to put it in which is almost the cost of the product I was returning.... Complete joke... UPS and Amazon don't charge you a penny... Store associate was rude as well
