This is for the Folsom branch but it doesn't give me the option to select that one. I'm really loving the new system, so easy to use and if you need any help they are so quick to help. This really makes the transaction so much quicker.

Ryan Buchmann is the best!!! If you need to be pre-approved for an auto loan reach out to Franklin Mint. I had such an amazing experience getting a auto express loan from them. Ryan Buchmann was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure I received everything I needed on a short notice. Thank you Ryan.

FMFCU charged me five insufficient charges that didn’t go through. I had to go to the bank quickly and one of the agent told me it is in the agreement. She said next time you have to make sure to check your balance before you make any transaction. 5 x $35 was taken from my account because I never had money in my account and wanted to use it. That’s insane and I’m definitely closing my account after 4yrs with them.

What an incompetent bank. My debit card was canceled due to fraudulent charges. More transactions came through the card after it was closed. The bank manger informed me that transactions are still allowed to come through. What even kind of sense does that make??? This bank is beyond shady. They will be exposed for sure.

They are using illegal banking practices by charging overdraft fees even if you opt-out which is a legal contract. They charge foreign bank fees( maybe common but there are other credit unions that don’t). Trumark Financial is better.

This has been the WORST experience in banking I have EVER experienced. Rude employees UNLESS they sell you a loan product( then they are all smiles) the fraud Dept is ridiculous, you tell them specifics when your traveling so you have access to your account but then? Someone is using the account across country and they don't notice? So then it takes 2 weeks to get money back because they " are very busy and backed up" Have a loan with them? Run into some troubles? Your screwed because they will blow up your phone, send letters, send emails, and do it often. Do you want to work out a payment plan? Yeah ok...watch out now the " solutions Dept" gets involved but their solution? Pay them what you owe and get caught up! I agreed to pay a certain amount every month, my relative sent me a $100 check to get Thanksgiving food for my family, they took half of it...after all "they can take what they want" The manager could have reversed that decision but refused and made it known I was to be grateful they didn't take it all. Stay away from this credit union at all costs

Ever since FMFCU upgraded their system, I'm unable to see my pending direct deposits, I have to go out bill pay website to add memos to payments, more times then I care to I have to log in twice to get access to the site and now today, I have no payees in my bill payer.

I hated the setup of the Springfield one. To get my pay check which is on a pay card it would take 45 minutes. I had to sit n wait for a person, then do the cash advance. Then cause I needed some cash back wait in line a 2nd time at the other counter to get cash. I started going to Broomall we're it only took me 10 minutes n 1 person to do that n there really nice there. Now that Broomall is closed for remodel I went back to Springfield (after 5 years) after their remodel and I thought it would be better. IT'S WORSE. Now they don't even have a cash advance machine so I can't get my paycheck. Most jobs don't do paper checks n I tried doing direct deposit 5 times with my check n the FMCU denied it each time so I'm stuck with a pay card n can't get my pay check here cause for some d*** reason they got rid of the cash advance machine (which is d**** your a bank). Springfield is 3 blocks from my house but now I have to drive all the way to Haverford to get my pay check. this branch is horrible
