This location has experienced a significant downgrade in operations and the personnelle. For example, the receptionist has the attention span of a peanut shell and the attitude of someone who should never work in a front facing position. The tax professionals are a mix of senior adults and some younger preparers--which I am sad to see become jaded and even angry from what may be overwork or what appears to be poor staffing/management (maybe a new secretary would help?). If you seek professionalism or even competence (in the case of the secretary as of 3/21/25), this is not the place. The phone will not be answered , and IF answered, you will have to pack your patience and some humor. If these services were free, I would say you're going to get what you pay for. For anyone who thinks they are about to pay for tax prep and actually get access to their tax documents, good luck. If you have already filed your taxes and are having a hard time receiving help with complications, please report it and if the company fails to follow up, then contact the attorney general's office. Choose to use this location at your own risk. It is NOT the same quality as it used to be just a few years ago.

I went into the office last night with my son and was seen within minutes . Margaret help us with his taxes who was very informative during the whole process . I would definitely recommend this office and especially Margaret .

Schedule an appointment to look over my taxes so I could send them in. No one wanted to help me . The lady I had an appointment with apparently complained to her manager. So her manager comes over and tells me they would be happy to have somebody look at my taxes for me for free ( i Offer to pay and I offered for them to put it in the computer system for me .The response was it would be really expensive but at a later date like what was the point of making an appointment when i told them i did it on my laptop but wanted someone just to go though it with me. Not for free I offered to pay. Worst customer service ever the woman before me ran out crying because of them as well.

We went here to have our small business taxes done. A guy named John, who btw, said he "never forgets anything" helped us the first day. We sat there an hour and went over all the business finances and write-offs. We then left to finish getting together some more business paperwork. He kept a green folder with some of our information in it, which he placed on the floor behind him next to his cubical door. (Why are they putting sensitive tax information on the floor near cubical doors in the first place?)We made another appointment for which we returned to speak with John expecting to pick up where we left off and hopefully get our taxes started and completed as it was a very small LLC. This guy had no idea who we were, what we needed or what we went over the meeting before. Being quite ignorant he states "I would remember what we talked about, I don't forget anything. I told him he put our tax folder on the floor behind him and he sat there and straight out said "No, I didn't, I would remember that". Apparently, this guy thinks so highly of himself that he never forgets anything that he can't check to see if our paperwork was there or not. I told him cancel everything out and we'll go somewhere else. Also, back to why are they putting sensitive tax information on the floor where everyone is walking? Is that not irresponsible in this day and age of identity theft? HRBlock needs to take a good hard look at how this office is functioning. Also, if you're asked to see a man named John there, don't.
