If I could give zero stars I would. I took my vehicle here for an oil change a few days later my car started acting up. My vehicle can barley accelerate. I had a mechanic look at it. My oil is bone dry. My engine is totaled. I called corporate and was told I would receive a call back from higher ups. That was 3 weeks ago. I've called numerous times, asking to speak to management. Only for them to continously tell me that they will be escalating my case. The franchise owner of this particular branch has yet to reach out to me. May have to take legal action.

Technician was very friendly. They did a good job (they did forget to reset my oil dash light). However under new management prices increased dramatically what was once approximately. $70-$80 is now about 120- $130. Just so everyone's aware.

I arrived at jiffy lube at 8:20 on a Friday morning and with a few people in front of me I was out by 9 am! They were highly professional, friendly and efficient. I was met with kindness and respect from every employee- I highly, highly recommend!!
