Mr. McDevitt and his assistant are exceptional! Always available to answer my questions with patience and concern. Extremely easy pertaining to communication. I had lost my insurance card and had one sent to me in minutes. The Springfield location is extremely convenient to individuals who reside in Delaware County. And they work very hard to keep the insurance compatible and cost efficient. I thank State Farm and Mr. McDevitt for being my State Farm Agent!

State Farm good agen but not good for body shop I have accident and we drove the to body shop he loose everything in the car and he said it uessless it became die and I’m sure it hit just right side what they do appear to us the mafia they give money to u and they fix it they sell it more then they give money be carful

I had a fender bender last Saturday and I didn't have my insurance card in my car. I called John and asked if he would take a picture of my card and send it to the person I tapped. He did so and also spoke to this person to assure him I was insured. What wonderful customer service even on a Saturday. He was so helpful to me. Always wonderful service!!!
