Can I just say I brought 2 pairs of shoes here. Both a 9 in women and one of my shoe was a 7.5 and the other was a 7 in kids/men I decided to wear the 7 and noticed they were to tight and I went back to the store just for them to tell me I couldn’t return them even though I was sold the wrong shoe no emailed receipt and the online customer service were giving me the run around to go to 2 other journey stores that took me over 2 hours to get there just to be turned down seconds later after I talked on the phone with them saying I could return it even though I wore them once. I only went here because they have cheap vans. And that was it.

The girl working here today (I wish I knew her name to compliment her directly) was awesome! She helped me find the size I needed, as well as help with no-show socks and Crep Protect spray to keep my new white Vans pristine. I tried another store in the mall selling Vans but they were weird about checking on a size in the back for me. She was quick to check and didn't disappoint!
