As I need a new recliner, which is not just comfortable, but supports the lower back and is controlled by electric power, I once again turned to La-Z-Boy. The customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a new recliner, which should fulfill all our expectations ( will be delivered in 6 weeks).

Samantha was a pleasure to work with. She came out and made a rendering of our living room and included the furniture we wanted. She recommended a set up we weren’t even considering and we love the results. She also helped choose the tables to go with the furniture and the overall aesthetic of the room. We are extremely happy with the service she provided and the quality of the furniture. It also arrived sooner than we anticipated!

It was wonderful working witg Dymar and Sam these last few days.
Dymar was kind enough to put me on hold and look for a certain color fabric I was searching for and Sam was not only bringing her expertise as a decorator, but also presenting with clear, helpful advice and guidance.
Sam was very personable and so easy to confer with overextending her time through a home visit and several texts.
It can be a very stressful time picking out new furniture that one will be happy with and Sam made sure that I just” had to love it.! “
If not, we kept trying for another option.
She was fun to be with and is a true jewel to Lazy Boy.
Having the home visit , & the 3-D option makes it more feasible & so much easier for one to decide on the right choice for them.
This unique free service is a credit to Lazy Boy.

This was my first time shopping at La-Z Boy for a recliner chair for my disabled husband. My friend and I were greeted immediately and assisted by the store manager, who was knowledgeable and personable.
No pressure, rather he was attentive and very helpful.
Nice selection of electric recliners. I really liked the cordless remote and chair with lumbar support.
Ended up buying chair and glad I did.

They were rude and inflexible regarding a return of parts for my recliner. Will never purchase another item from the Springfield store. Not a good idea to deal with the current management. There was no apparent reason for their behavior except stubbornness and hostility towards a 40 year customer. .

I am bias. I really like La-Z-Boy furniture.
I love how the furniture is made in the USA. The recliner chairs and sofas are made to be strong, comfortable and last a long time.
The sales associates are friendly, helpful and confident.
