Everyone at my favorite LensCrafter store in Springfield.
Dr. Nicole Williams help me understand what's going on with my eyes. They handled themselves very professionally and made me comfortable with eye examination and thank you Marie with helping me with my new glasses.

I ended up walking out. I had an appointment to get my eyes examined and booked it online. When I arrived, the optometrist's receptionist was so rude to me I ended up leaving without an exam. Her greeting was "first and last" the next thing she said was we don't take your insurance so "you gotta pay out your pocket". I replied I didn't understand the insurance was on the drop down menu. She replied somebody should have told you, we are separate from LensCrafters. You gotta pay out of pocket. All the while she looked at me like I was gum stuck to her shoe. Her final sentence was you want the exam you have to pay out of pocket. I LEFT.

Ordered Sunglass in June still not received in Aug. They told 2 weeks now no responsible solution. They charged my Insurance and me already.

From the minute I walked in the door I was welcomed and helped. Everyone was very pleasant. They took the time to explain things and answer all my questions. I even got contact lenses which I was told by Cassey optical that wasn't an option for me. I am very pleased so far.
