Knowledgeable and friendly, service oriented place. Definitely utilize this place if you've got ANY shipping need. They'll make sure you're aware of all your options. Pretty sure they've even got notary services.
Very well managed place. Glad to have been able to take advantage of their service. Will definitely be back.

I have used them for years and I highly recommend them. They're very very good helpful. They will pack your package for you and just very helpful with some things that was difficult to return when I was trying to send a return and that they have their email there and you're trying to get it to come through sometime that difficult so I would recommend if you have anything like that. Also email your own email, so you know when it comes through, then go because if you go there ahead of time- I think something about the building-- it doesn't always come through that way at first ---you have to give it more time!! they have been in business many years and they have great experience, and the owner is from Springfield and grew up here!!

I was sending three framed sketches of my deceased uncles to my son. They were expertly packaged. They arrived completely intact. We were very pleased with the outcome. We saw the said framed items when we arrived two weeks later. I would definitely recommend MailSource to anyone shipping sensitive items.

Amazing place to get any of your shipping done. They use all carriers like fedex, ups, DHL and even the post office. Lottery is there as well so can always grab scratch off or a ticket on the way out .

Had a shipment delivered to my PMB at the mail source on 2/26/23 , per the tracking number the item was delivered on 3/1. I received my package today, 6/12 ?I only have the package b/c I went in for a different shipment. They did not reach out to let me know about it…I know they’re busy.The place no longer seems organized!!!

The place to go if you need to make copies, send faxes & packages. They sell everything you need to send packages. They also have a machine where you can do your own shredding at a reasonable rate. The people who work there are very helpful.

All other local post office need to close down because of this place. I have never been disappointed for the few times I've used there services. They are second to none.

I've used "Mail Source" for quite a few years! Probably since they opened, although I don't know when that was!?! There are 2 "Employees", the owner and one "helper" (for lack of the proper terminology!??♀️) Both are very friendly and helpful. For instance I had a prepaid label for a large package I was in need of returning and on that particular day I didn't have a dime in my pocket! I tried taking it to the regular post office but for some weird reason my tape wouldn't stick to the box. The post office Manager said that "YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE TAPE TO CLOSE THIS BOX!." I tried explaining how I didn't have any money in me this day and pointed to THEIR ROLL OF PACKING TAPE ON THE COUNTER, asking why he couldn't just use a piece of that to close my package? He retorted that the TAPE they sell is for PROFIT and he'd be "LOSING MONEY IF HE USED THEIR OWN TAPE" Very annoyed I took my package to mail source where they taped up the box immediately without a word! That was the very LAST TIME I patronized 5he Clifton Heights Post office! Now the only way I send packages is through mail source... Pre paid or otherwise! The way you treat your customers, no matter what kind of day YOUR having means everything and has consequences good or bad!
