Tom was very helpful with our purchase of twin mattresses for our kids’ bunk bed. He did a nice job explaining the warranty on the mattresses and the benefits of getting a mattress protector especially dealing with kids.

Stopped in on a Sunday hoping to find some new King-sized pillows - not something super prevalent anymore. Alex looked up what options were available - both in store and to ship. He found plenty of options and I walked out with the key to the best night's sleep I've had in months! Kind, no pressure, a very customer service oriented - so glad I popped in!
I encourage everyone looking for a mattress or pillows to stop in to this store! Stop shopping online and go in person - Alex proves exactly why :) Thank you!

Alex was a big help. The first time my bed got delivered they gave me the wrong frame. After speaking with Alex he corrected the situation and was able to have them deliver today! I recommend him to everyone! He goes beyond for his customers and is a great guy to work with!

I never expected to have a no-pressure mattress buying experience, but Alex provided exactly that. He knows a lot about all of the different mattresses, what they're made of, whats best for hip pain, etc. And he gave me lots of space to flop around on all of the mattresses and plenty of time to make up my mind. He didn't hover, and was just very professional. I bought a mattress and am looking forward to having it delivered next week. Happy customer!!!
