A place to go to get treated with respect and caring about your health. It’s a place I continue to go, because I know I’ll be safe and get the right treatment and answers.

I visited the CVS Clinic located on Baltimore Pike and Woodlawn Avenue in Springfield Delaware County, PA on Sunday 12.21.2024 (my Primary Doctor's office was closed.) I accessed the web site and made an online appointment that morning. I was given several tests to determine my illness. The diagnosis resulted in Covid. The Practioner was very thorough and I was very impressed not only with her professional skills, but also the technology the CVS Clinic used. I am a satisfied customer!

CVS minute clinic is very convenient for me. It lets you schedule an appointment online and check in online. I got my prescriptions right then.

The nurse practitioner Yamile Cuevas, FNP, charged me incorrectly for a urinalysis procedure that was inclusive to my visit. I was scheduled a School Bus Driver Physical, which CVS charged $99, which includes a uranalysis. (I had similar physicals at this minute clinic in two prior years when their charge was less, $89.00, but did object to paying a little more and in both years the uranalysis was included and not charged extra.)
After paying the $99.00 during my visit, a month later I received a bill of $35 for a uranalysis. When I questioned the extra bill I was told that I was charged for an Administrative Physical instead of a School Bus Driver Physical. The uranalysis is included in the School Physical but not a regular Administrative Physical. I was assured that the record would be corrected.
For three months and after several phone calls to their billing department and the participation of "so called managers", and two physical visits to their clinic, I was assured the a correction would be made. However, the assurances I received were empty and my account was transferred to a collection company.
For someone whose credit history is exceptional, I proceeded and paid the bill so that my credit history would not be impacted. However, this is now a matter of principle. I expect a refund and will pursue whatever means possible to receive such consideration. Finally, CVS will never treat me again nor any member of my family and friends.

Made an appointment for TB test. Test done but when it came for appointment to have test read, both appointments were cancelled. No notice. Been on hold for 24 minutes now. They don't call back. So unprofessional.

Wait time is pretty long. Doesn’t matter if you come early.

Unbelievable terrible experience not with the staff at this clinic but with the billing department after my visit. They billed me directly, not my insurance, they have no record of my visit. I have spent an entire day on hold. I've gotten through to operators twice after hours on hold and each time they've disconnected my call. It's impossible to speak to an actual person. It's impossible to get them to fix their mistake. I'm livid. Not that it makes any difference to this corporation.

My Wife had an appointment for 12pm and she checked in and waited for 30 min passed the appt time & asked how long is the delay as I see ppl being see after me? The person was rude and said did you check in?, I do not see you checked in. Yes the staff watched me check in n did not say it failed nor did the screen show errors. Was seen 45 minutes later.Do not waste your time, the savings is not worth it just go somewhere else. they need to rename to the appointment only hours later, our check in system is faulty clinic
