Unbelievable terrible experience not with the staff at this clinic but with the billing department after my visit. They billed me directly, not my insurance, they have no record of my visit. I have spent an entire day on hold. I've gotten through to operators twice after hours on hold and each time they've disconnected my call. It's impossible to speak to an actual person. It's impossible to get them to fix their mistake. I'm livid. Not that it makes any difference to this corporation.

My Wife had an appointment for 12pm and she checked in and waited for 30 min passed the appt time & asked how long is the delay as I see ppl being see after me? The person was rude and said did you check in?, I do not see you checked in. Yes the staff watched me check in n did not say it failed nor did the screen show errors. Was seen 45 minutes later.Do not waste your time, the savings is not worth it just go somewhere else. they need to rename to the appointment only hours later, our check in system is faulty clinic

First of all you should know that Minute Clinic IS NOT CVS. They make you think they are, but when you go to get the insurance to pay Minute Clinic they will not because they are not “in network.” I never found this out until it was too late. I blame both CVS and Minute Clinic for not making this known. This is plan & simple deceit by both CVS and Minute Clinic. After countless calls to my insurance, Minute Clinic and CVS, I ended up having to fill out a form for my insurance. I filled my part out, and brought the form to Minute Clinic to fill their part out and send it back to my insurance. THEY DID NOT, instead they sent my account to a collection agency! If they were not going to send the information, they could have at least had the courtesy to call me (I left all my contact info) for me to go pick the information up and mail it, but they did not do that.Dealing with Minute Clinic has been nothing but a major hassle. I hold both CVS & Minute Clinic responsible for this deceit, and all the problems it has led to. I will avoid both of them as much as possible in the future. If you have to deal with Minute Clinic make sure you let your insurance know to avoid all these problems.BRING BACK SMALL PHARMACIES – FRANCHISES STINK (not the word I wanted to use)

Today, for the first time, I visited this minute clinic. I was seen by Sandra, she was the most professional, sweetest, and caring person I’ve ever dealt with. Sandra was so thorough, I wish she could be my primary physician.Thank you sooo much, Sandra!!! I would recommend Sandra and this minute clinic ANY TIME!!!!I also must mention, the woman gave me my Covid test, (I Wish I could remember her name, she had blonde hair) another sweetheart, super professional, and yet another asset to this facility!!!

STAY AWAY. I came here because my PCP is not open Tuesdays and I needed help for my painful cough. Haven’t slept in nights due to it. After waiting 45 minutes with no one else there I get called in and am literally hacking up a lung in obvious pain. Tel the NP NyQuil, emergen-c and all OTC stuff hasn’t helped in the past 5 days. She sends me out with over the counter cough medicine and an inhaler. Didn’t even get the prescriptions filled. Waste of time AND MONEY. Word of advice WAIT TK GET TO YOUR PCP FOR PROPER MEDICATION THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I could have bought what she wrote prescriptions for myself and saved my copay and time

Check in system is very clunky. Given check in code via email because I already filled in all my information, yet asked to fill almost every answer again at Check in kiosk. Need to improve on that.

This place is a job/scam don't go... Was seen on 1/2/19 and was misdiagnosed. Doctor Tancredi just prescribed an inhaler and cough meds and advised if I don't feel better or come down with a fever to come back to be re seen. I show up today 1/13/19 still sick with fever just wanting antibiotics as I was already seen and she advised she cannot do that and that I would need to be re seen again and pay for another visit ($100). That's not what she mentioned at original appointment.

Nurse Ashley was extremely helpful in getting a last minute sports physical for my son to submit that day to his high school. Quick, efficient and painless. She even had the forms we needed! Extremely helpful. Thank you
