My experience with Novacare has been wonderful, everyone there is very kind from the front desk to the therapist. John is kind , compassionate and understanding. He listens to everything you say and explains everything in detail so you understand. I would highly recommend Novacare to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Everyone at this location is so friendly and my Physical Therapist, Seema is very knowledgeable. My wife and I appreciate how Seema explains things in a clear, easy to understand way. Also, when I explain my pains to her, she understands and gives me an exercise to help that issue.

I really was impressed with NovaCare-Springfield in every aspect. My son needed PT after a sports injury. My first interaction was with a billing/insurance specialist who explained what benefits would be covered, how much each session would be, etc. She was so helpful. Erica (at the front desk) was so kind and patient while I was scheduling appointments around his school and my work. Conor, the PT was great at adapting different exercises and workouts to make the sessions feel like my son was back in the gym. He also showed him the progress being made, which is a great motivator! I waited in the office for my son’s sessions and was able to observe how well all the staff interacted with their patients. They truly seem invested in their patients’ wellbeing and healing process. I would highly recommend.

I had never been through PT and didn’t know what to expect. However, the staff at Nova Care immediately made me feel comfortable. They made my recovery possible as an alternative to surgery. I am so grateful to my physical therapist, John Schanne, and the entire Springfield Nova Care Team.

What a friendly and safe space for anyone going through physical therapy! My son who is 14 felt instantly cared for and I can even drop him off and run errands while he gets the help he needs.

I love the staff there. Connor, Sharon, and Matt have worked with me, and they are amazingly supportive and kind. I hope no one ever has to have physical therapy, but if you do, this is a great place to do it.

I cannot say enough good and positive things about this place and their staff at the Springfield, Pa location. I’ve been here twice for my knee and elbow. The therapists are competent and encourage you to do your best during rehab. Connor, Sharon, Seema, and Joe are very personable and go above and beyond for you to succeed to your physical best. It’s a very comfortable environment. Thank you so much for all of your support, motivation, and laughs!

Connor is an amazing therapist. He explains every exercise he has me doing, and explains the reason and the outcome I will achieve for doing them. Staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and patient with individuals unique needs. They take their time with you and don't rush you. They explain everything in detail before doing it.
