There are few professionals that I trust with my computer and all of the family memories that I had saved on them. NXT was able to retrieve my data off of my computer that died. They helped me figure out a plan to keep me information backed up and communicated very clearly with a customer who is not well versed in all things computer related. Everyone was kind and very friendly. Aside from being technically excellent, you can tell that they have a great family feel amongst their staff. Thank you to everyone at NXT!

The store personel were very helpful. They looked up inexpensive computer and gave me directions to find the store. The staff programmed my new computer. Wonderful place to go.

Karen and H went above and beyond to help me with a laptop gifted by my brother in law. Not only did they help me in regards to my tech needs but I had a wonderful time chatting with them while I waited. I highly recommend NXT Computers!!! Will definitely be returning. Thanks so much guys!!!

Have been there for laptop repair but I was told that it will take 2 days to figure out the problem and hence I left. But the diagnosis is free!!

I went to pay and they said I owe $265.00, I told them I signed the contract and maximum payment was $129 - $189 and I am paying no more than that. They said the owner told them to charge that price. The guys that work there a great. The owner said he needs to charge more money for gaming computers (I don't play computer games). I paid my $189.00 diagnostic fee and left with my broken computer.

Be patient. They are a small biz. I dropped off a six year old desktop which was crashing. They replaced my disk drive w a ssd it is working well, lighter and quieter. They also updated my OS while it was there. I was happy w the quick diagnosis and parts ordering process somInlaid for the work in advance. While I was there I dropped off a laptop which had crashed and only needed to have os re installed. They kept my machines over the weekend including Monday because they are closed on Sunday and Monday By Tuesday afternoon both machines were ready. I was given the impression cash discounts are also available for certain services, not hardware.

They tried to get me to pay for something I didn't need.My Chromebook wouldn't charge. They did a free diagnostic in a few days. Told me the charging chord and the charging port both needed to be replaced. They were going to charge me over $100 to replace the charging port and another $30 to buy a charging chord. I went online bought a $10 replacement charging chord and and now my computer is charging fine. No need to replace the charge port at all.

Very quick diagnostic service I was told it would be 2-3 but I received a complete report of the issue the next day! Very good service with nice staff and would recommend to anyone who has a pc problem or other query!
