Great store, useless employees. Asking for assistance is worse than pulling teeth with your fingertips. They're more interested in their phones or minor conversation with each other and getting credit card applications than actually assisting people with legitimate concerns. You're probably better off ordering online and doing an pickup or ship to home.

There are always several persons on the floor wherever I visit cleaning, stocking, and organizing the many style options. The registers are always filled with associates who
make checking out a breeze.. Thank you, Angelica, you were so helpful with my return and helping me with my purchase.

Opened a cc with Old Navy to save $30 on jeans, big mistake. Barclays is the company that they deal with. What a Nightmare! First, you cant make a payment at the store. Second, you cant speak to anyone in the USA on the phone. I closed my account and they sent me a late fee, reopening the card. Third, they will email. text you like stalkers. Go to Kohls!

Old navy hands down is my go to !! Plus , casual , dressy you name it they have it any occasion always having a sale! The only thing is not all Old Navy have all the same sizes you have to do your research on that ;)

I returned a pair of jeans. The cashier was helpful. I bought another pair of jeans that fit and a pretty blouse. I've since ordered several pieces of clothing on line.

I just left this store & am blown away by how incredibly rude the staff was. after trying clothes on, I took the clothes I wasn't purchasing & went to place them on the rack full of other items. the attendant then came up to me & yelled IT GOES IN THE BASKET before snatching them from my hands. Save yourself the time & shop online.

A bit more pricey than I remember honestly but the place is clean and organized and pretty stocked. The workers are nice and attentive to the register when a line built.
