So I visited the Omaha steaks on Baltimore Pike and felt very deceived when I tried to purchase to lobster tails and was told they were $110 but if I purchase something else they would be half price. I highly do not recommend this store.

My daughter had just come home from the hospital and we got 2 weeks of healthy meals . Steve was wonderful. We will be back for sure . he made sure I got the best prices since I was buying so much . I appreciate that Marie Dobyns and Dakota Dobyns

Don’t know if it’s the manager there or not. Been there twice recently and he is MISERABLE to the point I almost walked out and my wife and I love Omaha burgers! Don’t know if I’m going back. May drive to Willow Grove

Omaha Steaks sent me a package. The STEAK BOX had no steaks in it. It had MORE CHICKEN. I went into their website and registered a complaint under THEIR INVOICE NUMBER. I received a message to call the customer service department. They put me on permanent hold. So nice that their hold message tells me they are a 45-year-old family business that scams customers. WHAT COMPANY CANNOT RESOLVE A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT IN TODAY'S WORLD WITH YOUR OWN INVOICE NUMBER?? I think their last name is GRINCH!!

Omaha steaks is a scam just straight up a scam. Everything is priced so outrageously high for example 4 5oz filets are $139.99 and they are utterly flavorless while their 4 5oz bacon wrapped filets are $119.99 but they are actually a 4oz steak with a 1oz strip of bacon wrapped around it. The person who was wringing me out at the register just kept pestering me to buy more even though I had asked for everything I wanted. Each time I said no they kept asking more I almost walked out of the store without buying anything. The employee didn't seem to take no for an answer. I will never shop here again just go to a supermarket or butcher shop you'll either get more for the same price or just better quality steak. Skip this one if you want to save some money.

They had every item I wanted, and the staff was very helpful. I have visited this store frequently and have always been pleased. All the food I have purchased here has been excellent.

I recently visited your store in Mt Laurel New Jersey. The friend I was with walks with a cane. There were 2 people ahead of us, one clerk in the store. While I appreciate the one on one service it would have been very nice to have a chair or two available for customers like my friend. It was very difficult for her to stand waiting for our turn. I'm sure this would be very helpful to many other customers. And yes, I know you have curbside pickup, but it's always nice to come inside and likely purchase more than we came for.

Talk about convenience! They've got so much to choose from right there. You just tell them what you want and if you don't know what you want...they've got catalogs and flyers on site to help with ordering including specials! Friendly and helpful, worth the trip! I spoiled myself by including 4 8oz filet mignon steaks with my order! I'll definitely be coming back!

I visit the Springfield store often. There are a few things I always get that are my favorites. Chicken cordon blue, children with broccoli and cheese which they are always out of. I also like the 2 lb. pot roast that was sometimes on sale for 19.99 or 24.99 which is a decent price. But now it doubled in price that's outrageous I couldn't believe it. It's just greed. Now the sale price is 39.99 I will never buy it again. I understand prices go up but that is crazy.

We were extremely disappointed - the burgers are very over processed and the filets deflated as soon as they hit the pan. Both the burgers and the filets reminded me of hockey pucks.

I came at about 2:45 PM on Sunday April 26th to redeem a $50 gift certificate. The man that answered the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic with me when the system could not identify the gift number. He offered absolutely no help in resolving this despite the 100% satisfaction guaranteed on the gift certificate. His answer was just "there is nothing I can do". If that was my answer when facing challenges at work, I would be fired. At the very least, how about "let me refer you to customer service"? No... It was "nothing I can do". How about showing an ounce of tenacity when dealing with customers?I would like to speak with the owner and can provide a photo of the certificate if needed.
