Lisa was great. I’ve worn glasses all my life but this is the first time someone took the time to help me make the right choice. She was very patient with my 100 questions and going back and forth about my choices. She is my only choice for future eyeglasses!!!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I was so impressed with Lisa, I felt she needed to be recognized… She was thoughtful, efficient, and effective… A true model of customer service. My glasses were not fitting properly, and she took the time to properly assess it, and instead of telling me I need new glasses, she made the appropriate repairs and structural modifications with replacement parts. I truly appreciate her honesty and professionalism.

Thank you Lawrence for fixing my glasses in 5 minutes! I bought a lovely pair of progressives last summer at Pearle Vision, Springfield mall, and a decorative piece fell off the side recently. I didn’t think it could be fixed without buying a new pair or sending my pair off for three weeks to be fixed at the manufacturer. Lawrence saw a brilliant solution and just swapped out the arm of another pair with mine. No charge! I’m so grateful.

Although the retail stores don't have the capacity to handle billing questions and when they do respond to a customer complaint questionnaire from their corporate office, nothing is done. The parent company - Luxottica knowingly overbilled me for services and will not issue a refund. They tried to cover their actions with the Attorney Generals office by submitting sloppy inconsistent "backup" thinking it would be sufficient. They have been avoiding the Attorney Generals request for documentation to support their reasoning for months. Because the Attorney Generals office is limited and cannot take legal action, if they get enough people that have valid complaints of fraudulent billing then they can escalate the issue. My advice would be to check your Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company against what you were asked to pay at the time of service. Demand Pearle Vision give you a breakdown of the bundled package pricing they charge you. Report Pearle vision to your insurance company and to your local Attorney Generals office if they will not assist you.

Had a situation back in April. Got in touch with Pearl Vision corporate. Corporate rectified the complaint. Picked up the glasses today. Lisa Johnson, not only was gracious and professional, spent time with me. Will go back. Thanks, Miss Johnson.

The worse experience I ever received at a Pearl Vision in over 10 years of going to this location. First, they told me they had no records of my last exam because the doctor no longer worked there, I had to contact the doctor myself for records. Then the following day I spent 2 hours in the store while the person informed me he could not verify my coverages for eye glasses when I gave him the insurance card to contact my carrier. They had no records in their system. Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Pearl Vision. I will never return to this location.

We love this place and buy all our glasses here. The staff is friendly and competent, and always helpful at finding a way to work out the best price through the maze of insurance and various offers.

This is the 2nd time I've gone to Pearl Vision for prescription glasses. I could go almost anywhere with my vision plan benefits but why I returned is because of the wonderful and professional service I received from both the phone interaction to the in person experience. Both Danielle and Carmen are professional , pleasant and went beyond my expectations. I Highly recommend the Springfield Pearl Vision. Ask for either Danielle or Carmen.
