(8/17 )This location has no respect for privacy.Their staffs has a negative attitude, I wouldn’t say all I think her name is Kiyanna. I prefer the one that is located in Philadelphia although I live in this area. Definitely will not be back

I originally joined Police, Fireman Federal Credit Union (say that 10 times fast) due to receiving our monthly SSA payments (2-4) days early. But some great community college graduate - probably a white woman, joined their team and decided that the (throwaways) of society, the poor who they cannot make enough $$$ off... should be 'steered' away from holding accounts in their bank. So, since they cannot legally deny you an account ? they took away early deposit. It seems to be happening all across America community college graduates are coming in with more prejudiced and more discrimination against the poor believing they're so much better than us and we're somehow third on the totem pole. More politicians all over the country are female and things have never been more violent or more disturbing or more locking Injustice then they are now I can only imagine this is going to get worse with the more white women we put in office. And no politician black or white is doing anything for anyone but themselves. That said, the people inside this Bank seem to be respectful although they walk around like they think they're the president of the United States egos that they don't need. I noticed a lot of positive feedbacks and reviews here and I bet you every single one of them are college-educated and have a lot of money in the bank. All I'm asking for is to give me my little bit of money $920 a month a little early. It's what you used to do. it's about watching the poor 'squirm' - authority over those of us suffering, making us stand in line like we're subhuman! This is what community college graduates do once they get a job. College doesn't teach people not to be prejudiced or to have class if you don't have it when you go in the college you don't have it when you come out. There's no reason to have our social security money pending 3 and 4 and 5 days when you can put it right into our account once it shows up. I think this Bank probably along with others and the reason they're failing in New York or Los Angeles again, is that they are simply allowing foreigners to manage our accounts as opposed to having people in America do it. That's why every time you make a charge on your bank account it always says pending, pending, pending. But by all means let's put another white woman in charge. It's amazing that the very people we put in charge or unable to see where the problems lie and who's causing the problems but that's like America nowadays isn't it? Nobody wants you to point out anyone who's doing anything wrong because they label you anti-semitism, prejudice, racist and the Democrats who are taking over America and running everything from the judicial system to the medical system are doing the same exact things that the other side is doing. Forcing us all the people in Italy correct silencing our voices and not doing anything about a problem when they find out about it all they do is sit there with their hands folded with a cheshire-cat smirk on their lips. I think it's everyone who had covid has a sarcastic passive-aggressive attitude they don't want to do their jobs they can't see right from wrong and we have to start firing them.

I will never do business with this Credit Union again in life. My vehicle was totaled July of 2022 they did not have the title to accept the money from the insurance company and here we are February 2023 and they are trying to charge me $3800 Collateral Protection Insurance for no longer having insurance on a vehicle that has been totaled since July 2022 they entire situation I tried to understand that it started off as an accident from one of the members but it’s been a financial burden to me and I just ready to get out of this nightmare. Horrible company I definitely believe that they are keeping somethings hidden I don’t want anyone to lose their job behind this situation but I don’t want to have to keep putting out funds for a situation that no longer had anything to do with me.

Every single time I travel overseas, my credit cards and or debit card gets denied. I tell them beforehand that I’m traveling, talk to a manager and even go into the branch to ensure I have access to my money and credit abroad. Every single time I’ve been stranded and had to rely on travels partners to bail me out. Ridiculous. Will be closing my accounts ASAP!

Police and fire federal credit union is by far the worst credit union that I ever dealt with. I been with for over ten years. If it wasn't for the early direct deposit I would have been left. They drop me from the over draft protection in 2018 from something they claim that happen in 2010 without any warning. The amount was like 15 dollars or so that was paid back right away. When I was transferring to the over draft department the guy I spoke to was extremely rude and hostile. When I ask if I could have my over draft protection back he told me no that I could never be re-enrolled ever. They also went in my account multiple times. I was charged 1000s of dollars in over drafts fees since I was dropped from the over draft protection program. They used to be a good bank when I first joined within the last few years things changed. I don't know if they changed higher-ups but they are the absolute worst. The navy Federal credit union is way better. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They need to work on there customers service skills. Whoever works in the collection department and the overdraft protection department needs to be retrained very rude. I did not have a great experience with this credit union by far the worst.

Remember back before everything moved to the web and international call centers, when you could call and talk to a local person and quickly get things figured out?? These guys still do it!! So refreshing.. Rates are good too. Sending all my business there from now on.

Very rude with how they speak to their customers at this particular bank. All the other police and fire banks I have been to were way more polite.

I have to say I originally joined the police and fireman Federal credit Union which really acts more like a bank with their rules and regulations than they do a Federal credit Union and since they get certain perks being a credit union, somebody really needs to investigate them and make sure that their rules and regulations are being fair to their customers period my problem is is that for years and I belong to them for years now which I found that the best attitudes in this Federal credit Union belong to the branch on Frankford avenue in Northeast Philadelphia Pennsylvania. But here's the problem I have, I'm on social security so for years we always got our money four days early it was like that for years now all of a sudden for some strange reason, we get it the day before it's due which is a real letdown because there are banks out there and there are other places that aren't exactly banks that give you your money four days early but for some reason this Bank stopped doing it period another problem I have is every time I make a charge it remains pending sometimes up for four day up to four days on my account instead of being taken out immediately and I think that this is happening because they probably sent overseas are all our bank information and those customer service people are probably not adding up our bank accounts that's how us what we have left because if it was automated it would happen right away let's face it that's where all our customer service jobs wind up along with all of our other jobs overseas where it's not done better it's just done cheaper. That's the problem with America we're outsourcing our pride because our citizens have no pride they never fought for anything it was all handed to them we have 25 to 30 years of people who did nothing to get their rights but take them they don't know what it's like to die for the right to have freedom and speech and freedom of expression. but I wish that the Federal credit Union would start to give us our money back early and stop the pending pending pending every time I spend a dime in my account give me the balance right away it should be able to do that is this $2020 or what why are they delaying the actual balance I think it's because they know more people overdraw and they're getting more money for their mistakes, then they would get if they just gave us the amount and the balance right away I hate this pending thing and I hate having to wait for my money when we used to get it early that was one of the perks of being at a Federal credit Union as far as I see it I don't have much money, but I've paid my share in bouncing my account.
