Paid extra for the step-up version of this bouquet… and got one than looks like it has less than the “basic” one did in their pictures. This was absolutely not worth the price paid.

Received an arrangement from them today, highly disappointed. Plant arrangement where most look like they we pulled out of the trash. I appreciate the people who sent but should get refunded their money. They could have gotten something better from Home Depot.

I usually had a good experience with Polites. However, the last time I used them was for a funeral arrangement for over $200. I was mortified when I saw them at the funeral home. All of the roses were wilted. They claimed it was due to a broken air conditioner in the truck. They were reluctant to offer any discount, but did give $50 off. I doubt I’ll ever use them again.

I ordered an arrangement through www.flowershopping.com for my aunt's birthday. I was embarrassed to find out that the arrangement was poorly designed and the flowers were inferior to those shown on the website. There were two sizes of roses shown in the online version. The 3 roses in the arrangement that arrived had brown edges and the carnations and greens were arranged as if done by a third grader. When I contacted flowershopping.com they found nothing wrong with it and offered only a small refund. I will not be using flowershopping.com or Polites again.

They were very friendly at the store. I was a bit disappointed that the flowers I received were missing a color that I had asked for.

I've done business at the Upper Darby store for years. No comparison. Too many wilted flowers. I couldn't get the arrangement I wanted. So I settled for 3 roses. Clerk was new and didn't seem to know much about flowers.

I totally forgot to order a small bouquet for my daughters dance. I called that morning around 10 am. They had it ready for me in the afternoon and saved the day!! Thank you!!

Very polite customer service. The arrangements they do are beautiful. I bought my daughters corsage for her dance here, it looked so good. The prices are a little more then average but its worth it.

I reached out to Polites Florist last week to order an arrangement to be sent to a funeral service - they knocked it out of the park!!! As this was a dear girlfriend who I've known for over 20 years, I did not want your typical arrangement and requested a "martini" glass - it was absolutely gorgeous!!! My friend's daughter insisted that this arrangement was going home with her - is there a better compliment you could receive, I think not.

Super helpful staff , allowed me to dictate what I wanted with a hint of creative criticism that made me feel like I did the arrangement although I know I didn't.. Lol.

I ordered flowers for my son's date for a junior prom 3 weeks in advance from the Springfield location. I was told they would be ready by 10:30am on the day of the prom. He got there at 1pm to pick them up and guess what? No flowers. At first they told him they didn't have an order for them despite him showing them the receipt for $78. It took them a good 15 minutes to figure out that the flowers were at the Upper Darby location and said they would have the driver bring them to springfield in about 30-45 minutes. He was already behind schedule given that they weren't there when they were supposed to be and they couldn't figure out where they were so he said he would go to Upper Darby to pick them up. I called and asked why they weren't where they were supposed to be and what the issue was and they just said that is was because they had 12 workers in UD and only 1 in springfield and they were running behind. Not sure why that is an excuse for not being where they were supposed to be at the time they were supposed to be there. If they were going to be picked up at 10:30am they should be at the location I ordered them from. Luckily he didn't go at 10:30am because they wouldn't have been ready yet. If they can't keep up with the workload then they probably shouldn't take that many orders. The flowers were pretty but his boutonniere was completely the wrong color and he ended up not being able to wear it. I would not use again.
