I didn't end up buying anything but I spent a good amount of time with the salesman and he was extremely helpful. That doesn't mean that i'm not going to buy anything just at the time.I really did not need new boots yet

Keith is the man! Under promises & OVER performs! Bought boots here 11 years ago & brought them in yesterday for service; was in no rush. He said it would probably be a few days that he was backed up, he ended up being done in a few hours, & they look awesome, BETTER THEN NEW!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Susan was amazing. She was very professional, excellent, courteous, and helpful. She has amazing customer service skills, she took the time to find my brother’s right shoe size. Red wing shoes only have my brother’s shoe size in 4 stores across the United States, because he has extra wide feet. She has them shipped to her store within less than a week. She’s very knowledgeable of the product. And for that I'm very grateful to have a wonderful experience and will continue to work with her.

I am new to redwing boots. I went to the store in Springfield, Pennsylvania, Delaware County and when I walked in, there was four customers ahead of me. The very very very nice lady and I believe her name is Sue said she was very sorry that she is backed up she was the only one there someone called out sick. We said no problem. she was very apologetic and amazingly very nice as everyone else was in the store. As my turn came up she apologized again for the wait and I said absolutely no problem at all I understand. She is an amazing associate to have in your company she also fitted my feet to a certain boot that I liked, and I have never been happier with , a pair of boots than I am with these red wings. I am very happy and I will be a repeating customer. And again, as I said, before, I believe her name is Sue,

It hurt pretty bad. Once the hard spots around the ankle softened they decent. Hope the can last a year because they have a leather toe hopefully they wear good
