Jackie was able to reschedule me due to a time conflict easily and kindly. She obviously puts a lot of work in, running back and forth between her office, customers, and the glass technicians and is doing great. Keenan, who replaced my windshield, was thoughtful about some of the property in my vehicle and checked in with me before AND after he completed the service. Overall great two employees that should be recognized for doing a good job and being good people.

My tech was awesome. Called me before something different needed to be done. Hopefully won't need a new windshield for a long time, but this guy was good!

Excellent !!! I couldn’t be happier. The tech Keenan did an amazing job. Looks like it never happened.
I used drop off Method. Parked filled out my envelope and they text me to let me know the my began working on the car. Then they called and text me when it was ready for pick up.

Was quoted one price then received the confirmation, $65 higher. Attempted to call Safelite directly and speak to a customer service representative. Absolutely no live agents to speak to. Then, when I called corporate, they said “we’ll pull the Phone records to see if the quote I received was correct. Questioning my integrity, then, only after the service was complete, I received an email receipt from them and the price was what It should’ve been when I was quoted. If the email confirmation was the same price as what I was quoted on the phone Corporate would not had to be contacted and I would’ve saved two hours of my day!
My 80-year-old Sister arrived at the facility and asked if they could vacuum out the broken glass from the vehicle. The Hispanic woman behind the counter said “we’re not a detail shop”, she was extremely snippy. then she went in the back and then came back out and said we’ll do our best. This is not the company I envisioned from all of their commercials, which sound very comforting.
The only bright spot was Jalen, the technician he came out and was extremely nice to my sister. I’d like to personally thank him as he was the only individual throughout the entire process that was kind and professional.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, treating a senior citizen that way. This company needs some sort of culture change to start treating people fairly and honestly
9/25 Not the level …. It’s plural… LEVELS with an S .. again Jalen did a great job!!! no phone call from you… hiding behind texts and this lame response, I’m done

Recently, the windshield was replaced on my car at Safelite in Springfield, PA. When the Tech walked me to my car after the install, he explained that the black insulation was not flush between the glass and the frame of the car. Water could leak into that gap. He was not only honest, but proceeded to set up another appointment for me the very next day.
This is the kind of caring that customers at Safelite Springfield will experience from the polite and professional Office staff to the installers at Safelite.
Satisfied customer. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Safelite twice and unfortunately had disappointing experiences both times. The first was for my Volvo’s windshield replacement. After waiting several days for the appointment, the technician arrived, spent some time assessing the job, and then informed me that due to the vehicle's technology, the replacement would need to be done at the dealership. While inconvenient, I understood and ended up having the dealer complete the work after convincing my insurance company to approve the dealership.
More recently, my son's Hyundai had a shattered rear door window from a rock while mowing the lawn. I called around for quotes—most were nearly half the price of Safelite—but Safelite could come sooner, so I went with them. He has a very basic car with limited technology so I figured it would be an easy job. That turned out to be a mistake. After about an hour of working on the vehicle, the technician told me there was a bolt in the door that had Loctite on it and could only be removed by a dealer. It was frustrating to learn that a company specializing in auto glass was unaware of this ahead of time.
Worse, when I returned home, I noticed the interior door panel had been cracked during the attempted repair. I contacted customer service and to their credit, they agreed to replace the panel. However, if I hadn't reached out, I'm not sure the damage would have been acknowledged at all. They also said they'd issue a refund, but the next day I received an invoice and saw the charges were still active in Afterpay (payment plan I signed up for to distribute the high cost of their service). I had to call again to get it resolved. They sent me a notice that it would be canceled and refunded. It is now almost 2 weeks later, and I am still waiting on the refund.
What really stings is that we ended up replacing the window ourselves for just $80 (Safelite was charging $400). My 16-year-old son followed a YouTube tutorial and had a few minor issues where he needed to consult with my husband but was able to replace the window successfully. He even removed the “dealer only” Loctite bolt! Either my son is a mechanical genius or Safelite is a completely incompetent company.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend Safelite based on my experiences. The lack of preparation, poor communication, lack of qualified technicians and damage to the vehicle reflect poorly on their professionalism and expertise.
