The cashier was very rude and seem racist she came over to where I was trying on shoes and then she came and started slamming things around mumbling I said excuse me because she was talking and she didn’t respond I let and didn’t buy anything ! Also the other ppl th at work there I asked for the other shoe which they are suppose to have in the back and they said they didn’t have it which seem like a lie most likely because I was black !! Don’t shop there I would give it 0 but 1 is lowest !

Good Evening Google Family. This is my very first time visiting any location of Shoe Dept. Encore. I was greeted by a young man associate as soon as I walked into the store. I was looking for cheap and reasonable shoes. I am so tired of paying high out of this world prices for regular every day shoes. I immediately high tailed it to the clearance section. I saw a pair of black skechers that I wanted. . It is their policy to only put one shoe in the box and then the sales associate goes in the back and gets the other shoe. When I went to check out, I handed that same young man my two pair of shoes that I wanted. However when he went in the back to retrieve the other shoe, he could not find it. I had found those shoes in the clearance section. So then I want back to find another pair of shoes that I liked. I found another pair and then I brought them back to that same sales associate. He did not have to look for the other shoe that I brought, only the other shoe that I had brought previously, he looked for that shoe. He had both pairs in front of him and then he rang me up. I paid for them by debit card. My shoes were placed in the shoe bag and then I left. I love this store!!!! I will be shopping here again, at the other locations like King of Prussia, and Plymouth Meeting. Have a great night Google Family and don't forget to work out, be Healthy, Fit and Fabulous!!!!!

We took my kids to buy shoes last night! A black lady was very rude and told us not to try too many shoes! She also complained that the shoes should not be in this place! We didn't even touch the shoes! What an ugly and dirty place!

Stop going to this store years ago because of one cocky unprofessional worker! I stopped in today, and she still works there with the same attitude! I know I am not the only one she does this too!!!!!

I am the regular customer. . Miss Laura has unprofessional attitude. I was looking for particular size for my comfort which was not available in the store at springfield mall. So I took upper size to counter so she can look online if the size which I want is available or not. I was ready to buy six different pairs in six different categories but she was not supportive at all to check online availability. I told him I m in your system just enter my cell # and my data come out but still she was asking my ID. It's look like she does not know how to use soft ware or she does not like to work. It was pleasure experience last three times when guy with bear and glasses help me out to make oder online with the size and colour I want. Miss Laura told me that guy is off today .Will be back 2rrow. I will try 2rrow.

The employees are not friendly or happy. They were cursing and yelling and angry peole messed up shoes boxes bc they were shopping trying on shoes. Very unpleasant employees tonight.
