I purchased a used truck from Springfield Ford on short notice and on a SATURDAY. John Shipley was very kind and helpful throughout the process, and even stayed later past business hours to get me all situated with the vehicle (on a SATURDAY). Obvious he cares for the customers. This was the first time I was buying a car, and John was more than patient with the questions I asked. It was a great first experience with him and definitely recommend taking your business there.

This is my first time purchasing a Ford and a pickup truck. I’m buying a new vehicle so i can pass on my car to my daughter. My cars had been always Toyota. They answered all my questions and they were respectful when I am asking maintenance plans that they have been that Toyota similarly have that I want to get. They offer suggestions and listen to what i need in a vehicle.

Just traded in my Escape for a Bronco Sport from this location. Joanne, Stacy, and the rest of the crew were such a pleasure to work with. So genuine and helpful and made the process so smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend buying a car from Springfield Ford, especially as a young woman that has had not the best experiences with dealerships in the past. Thank you Joanne and Stacy!

We started out to upgrade our truck we use to pull our camper. We started at a different dealer but could not make a deal we liked. We then came to Springfield Ford, where we were greeted with a big smile from Rita. She was AWESOME!!! Rita listened to what we were looking for and found us a truck to fit our needs. She then, along with Bob, went to bat for us and got us the deal we were looking for. I would highly recommend Springfield Ford!

Made an appointment for my girlfriend to come in 8/31/24 at 10:00am for four new tires, an oil change and alignment for her ford fusion. I spent an hour on the phone between being on hold, hanging up to wait for availability and calling back to speak with parts to make sure the tires were in stock. I finally talk to the advisor and make the appointment two days before this post “for THIS saturday” explicitly said. She shows up — they tell her “it’s the wrong saturday” and they have only a tire alignment as the listed service. She gets sent away.
I didn’t know it was possible to be that incompetent to mess up an appointment along with its details at what seems like a good service place.
Needless to say we don’t plan on using them any time soon.

We had a surprisingly positive experience buying a slightly used car here. Pricing was fair or a little better than other dealers. Sales Rep Tom DeVito was informative without being pushy and went the extra mile to be helpful like adding my Phillies plate to the front of the new car and helping me transfer my auto insurance to my new car.
